Just completed a Job on 02-May-2017 - The Shower Valve, overhead rain head, and Hand held was done as Promised - No issues there. The Time of Completion was on time no problems, Service Technician, Extremely nice and very respectful. Now for the Major Disappointment, and it so happens to be the soul reason why I agreed on this Contract - " The Shower Pan " Installation. What a disappointment - #1 No Shower pan was installed. There is a box that looks like a shower pan, Foam boards (talk about cutting Corners) on the bottom covered with grey thick plastic, Completely unfinished Job - Photo 1 is what I got, Photo 2 is what I was going to install myself, Photo #3 is what I was promised. I wouldnt be so angry if Photo#4 would of ended up as final job so I could install Tile right over it. But NO - The Contract Specifically States "SHOWER PAN" and I received the Prep work for a Future Pan - I tried speaking with the Owner Sam Watson and he kept arguing with me that I was trying to Pigeon Hole him to doing more. I was more than willing to work something out. He was not even listening to what I was trying to explain. Definitely going to Small Claims Court on this one as there is no way I paying anyone to pour concrete to finish a Pan that this company Promised, either correct it or remove it and replace it with the ready tile Pan and install what was promised.

Had a 6 month old electric water heater not working properly. After spending much time with Whirlpools tech support they gave me an authorization code for warranty repair. I called tri-care and they tell me over the phone without looking at it that its the heating element. They also continued to be rude accusing me of installing wrong and that it would not be covered under warranty! So to make a long story short I hung up with Sam Watsons employee that troubleshot my issue over the phone and got another local company to come out. Just so everyone knows, it was installed properly. Would not recommend this company at all. Response to their reply: I fully understood my warranty and went through proper channels. However I am the home owner and no law against me installing it myself. I appreciate your text message that your lawyer will be contacting me. Looking forward to it. I am guessing you would have more one STARS but you threaten them? Just expressing my right to "freedom of speech". Your employee jumped to conclusions and interrupted when I tried to speak, the call did not go anywhere so I disconnected. No hard feelings my water heater was repaired UNDER WARRANTY. :) I would suggest next time have them let the caller know of possibilities but be willing to help them instead of looking for $$$.

They came out and installed a high seat toilet, so that she could come home as soon as possible. Everyone has been super professional and kind. Tri-Care Services has been my repair and new installation company for air conditioning, plumbing and propane gas for my home and rental properties for the past year. They are honest and trustworthy, pricing is reasonable and in line with other companies, keeping in constant communication about the job when I couldnt be there. They review each problem and recommend the best possible solution to fix the problem. They return calls and they arrive on time. They are very professional and polite. I will not use any other service company and I highly recommend them.

Compassionate and professional! We had a hot water leak within our concrete slab detected by a leak detector. The insurance company asked that we find a reputable plumber to perform the repair. Sam responded quickly and within a couple hours we were restored back to normal. The plumber was professional, courteous and kept an immaculate work area. Ive work with Sam Watson on numerous occasions. Sam Is my go to guy when I need a Tankless Water heater questions to be answer and Sam always makes me understand the mechanism of The Tankless. When I have a problem he always gives me the scenario of why the Tankless is not working on certain house and so forth. Sam Watson is a master plumber who knows his stuff when it comes down to any type of natural gas installation and Waters Heaters whether they are a regular or Tankless Waters.
