This place is a joke. We came there to check for a front end alignment & 1 tire and the woman was saying that both front tire needs to be replaced. We even got the quote for the alignment & 2 tires (They dont understand that 1 tire is new.) and we just made them change the 1 (They almost took the good tire off.). Keep an eye on your tires because just like "All American Discount Tires" just south of the north end Walmart, theyll do the ol switch a roo on you. I wouldnt even recommend this to an enemy so if youre looking for a good trustworthy place for tires &/or alignment, this is not the place to go to. I can see why they dont get much customers there.

If there was an option to give less than 1 star I would have chosen that. They scratched my rims and put a huge bubble in the side of my tire and were going to let me drive off with it until I pointed it out. They gave me a warranty on the tire and after repeatedly calling them about my tire they told me I could come get the new one. Once I got there the manager told me I couldnt get my warranty because he couldnt sell the tire back to someone else because the bubble on the side of my tire wore it to the point that the wires were hanging out. Smh they dont have any sense of safety for their customers or keep their word on their warranty.

I will never buy anything from this place again Asian woman there is so rude she didnt have a clue how to treat a customer she needs to take a class on customer service.had bought tires there befor and in less then two days one was flat.found out it was the repair patch that they put in the tire that was bad.they wouldnt fix it after they sold it.she wouldnt even try.the tire was fixed.she wanted to charge me 59.00 for the wrong size tire the price i got my tire fix was only 21.35 so who ripping people off mmmmm.Anyway find somewhere else to find nice and better service.

do not go there is the best advice i could give you.i called before making a thirty minuet drive to capital inc and talked to an Asian lady on the phone ask if they had my size tire yes she said three to chose from ok thanks i said just to make my trip to find out that they did not have any tires my size then they did nothing for me what a wast of time and money. who hires somebody for a job that they shouldnt be doing. incompetent!!!

Ok for cheap used tires, and general tires but I would think twice about low profiles because they do not have the expensive equipment to give a warranty. As for used tires I would only buy rear used tires not front. I have generally had bad luck with used tires with dry rot, slow leaks and you name it.

Horrible, quoted over the phone, arrive and after the job charge me double, and tried to upsale me when I didnt need what he was trying to sell me. Also put my lug nuts on so tight it took 2 different shops to finally get them off. Complete rip off idiots
