We have been very fortunate to have found such a fantastic automotive service as Elite. Chris, who owns/operates this business is has an incredible knowledge base as do the mechanics who work with him. Jodi and Tony are excellent mechanics as well who have no qualms answering questions or giving advice based on their experience. I have watched this business grow from practically nothing but Chris and a couple of guys breaking their butt in rather horrendous conditions, to a automotive maintenance and repair machine that moves cars out almost as quickly as they come in. Sure they do the small maintenance jobs like oil changes, brakes, etc, but where they SHINE is when it comes to those BIG jobs that we so often fear will break our bank. We have used them for several years now without any issues. The many people we have recommended to go see Chris before going to the BIG GUYS or dealers have ALWAYS called or come by and thanked us for doing so. Besides the great repair work they do, their best asset is sheer HONESTY and TRUST. Chris does NOT quote a price and then stick it to you later; that is not this mans way. He will always give you the best price for the best price, will do all he can to work within your budget. He, they, barely will use used parts unless instructed to, and whatever new parts they use are top quality. We have used them for everything from simple oil changes and belts, to cylinder head replacements and now on wifes vehicle, a brand new, not rebuilt or used, factory motor at a price so fair, installed, that it was only right to put a brand new transmission in as well as the one in this vehicle had seen better days. This car, when work is completed in a few weeks, will be practically NEW despite its years. The vehicle in question, a 2005 Honda Civic, had a freak mechanical breakdown that blew a hole in the lower block and did severe internal damage thus seizing the engine. The tranny had well over 135k on it and we really had used it often like a moving truck and light tow vehicle while moving from NY a few years back. Anyway, long story short, this car was purchased new by my wifes father as a gift for her. He passed away suddenly two years after we settled in. She is very fond of this little car, and was letting one of our children, who relocated here recently, use it until he could get on his feet. That was until the engine blew as I mentioned. The body and interior are in pretty darn good shape and for all the miles one drives here, you cant just go and purchase a used vehicle here without it having high miles and possible mechanical issues. New vehicle was out of the question for us and son as well... so, fixing this little Honda was the right way to go. We know that when we get it back, it will be the little dependable and very economical vehicle it was when new and will have a new lease on life. We trust Chris and his men... you will be glad you did too! For someone so young as he is, to have such an incredibly honest work ethic is not a commonality in this area of business. If you have the misfortune to need a vehicle fix, this is the place to take it. I took my truck in (without an appointment) to have the water pump replaced. I asked him how long it would take. He told me 1:00 p.m. So, I asked "Today?" He replied "Yes, of course!" The price was half of what I could find online. We took our van in to have the breaks replaced (also without an appointment), had it done in an hour or so and the price was better than any other in town. Another major difference in this place, is that everybody is NICE. You know that feeling when you bring your car in and everybody ignores you until its "your turn". Here the mechanics will stop working, look up and say "Hi!" to you with a smile. Its like taking your car to Disney!! They have my business for life!!

Worst experience. My gf and I brought her car here due to an oil and coolant leak. We were told to leave it there and that they would take a look at it and call back. Within 72 hours we never received a phone call. We had called 5 or 6 times and kept getting told they would call back. Finally we were told they wanted $850 for coolant but they were gonna add more charges as they see fit after they find out what the problem of the oil was. Unacceptable. Worst customer service Ive seen and I work in customer service. No call back within 72 hours is unacceptable. When your customers have to call you about the service thats a big issue.

I have been using Elite Automotive for years. Great experience every time. Affordable prices and diagnosis. I have a 99 Civic with 250K+ miles and a 99 Accord with 150K+ miles, both run great thanks to these guys. Straight shooters and no surprises. They rebuilt my engine on my civic and replaced my AC unit on the Accord. Give them a try, you will not regret it.

I have been dealing with Chris and the guys at Elite Auto for a little over a year. In my opinion the best shop in Polk County. I have had them do major and minor repairs on my truck and have never had a bad experience. I have even called on how to do a repair myself and Chris has always had a willingness to help.
