We used Creative Coach to help us with a pretty extensive remodel of our 2005 Airstream Safari. Overall, we had a great experience and the price was extremely fair. We received a quote from another business that was outrageous by comparison. We found the staff to be knowledgeable, flexible, and creative. They worked within our budget and let us provide our own materials where we wanted. Our remodel was somewhat atypical for them (less luxury - more rustic industrial) - but they took it in stride. The only reason Im not giving five stars is about half way through the process our primary service representative, Mark, was let go and it turned out he didnt do hardly any work on our unit in the few weeks he had it. With that being said - we didnt have any complaints about Mark up until that point. But it left the new rep - Lester - scrambling to meet our delivery date and all our must haves. In the end, Lester took really great care of us and went out of his way to make our Airstream amazing. Aside from the delay in delivery we would definitely use them again.

I called to get options for refurbishing my 1968 Airstream. While it was in great condition, it could use a few upgrades (namely, the fridge wasnt working). Anyway, the guy in n th phone said to call back the following day in hen Mark was working. Mark was apparently the Airstram guy (note Im writing this in past tense). I waited a few days and got an apologetic Mark for taking too long, but what can I do for you? I explained my desire to get options for redesign (storage, fridge, all). He said hes working on a full remodel of an Airstrqm currently. Cool. He had time to come out on Saturday 1pm. (Im currently in FL visiting dad after he got out of the hospital, planned to take his classic boat out, but we will go another time and get Mark here to start scheduling work.). Mark neither showed nor called, texted or replied to any of my messages. Absolutely POOR performer for a human being let alone customer service from any company. There have been similar complaints about this company before, I should have believed them. Dont waste your time. You cant get that back.

We had some painting done on our coach, along with some mechanical work and a doll-up. Everything about Creative Coach was excellent. Very professional with quality work and a fair price. While there we were able to observe a lot of different work being done on other units and we highly recommend Creative Coach for any work that needs to be done on your coach, toad, or trailer.
