Royal Car Care and the team including Liz and Dan are amazing professionals. I had an oil change with them back in April and they recommended that I think about doing the rear brakes in the near future. I decided that with the next oil change, I should address that. Liz was able to get me in the day I called and provide a loaner car for me. I asked that I be called to evaluate the brake situation and determine if they needed it along with an oil change and tire rotation. Dan called me back while I was driving home and also sent me a text to give a visual of what was terribly wrong with my back brakes. The situation had deteriorated more quickly than we anticipated and it was extremely lucky that Liz and Dan were able to get me in and provide tremendous expertise and service to remove and replace the disc brake pads, rotors and 3 additional technical applications to get the car safely back to optimum braking. I would recommend Royal Car Care to anyone who wishes to deal with a great team that is professional with the highest integrity, service orientation and technical knowledge.

Over the years I have taken cars to many dealerships and auto repair shops. I can honestly say that Royal Care Care has exceeded them all in every facet of auto care and customer satisfaction. I used to take my cars to various service centers looking for honesty and excellence. Once I discovered Royal Care Care I will never go elsewhere. Over the years I have taken at least 7 different vehicles to them for service and have recommended them to anyone and everyone that has asked for my choice in auto repair. It doesnt matter what the make, model, or year of the car they will repair it to your total satisfaction. They have gone totally out of their way on many occasions to accommodate me. They are always totally professional, honest, and caring wanting to do whatever it takes. If you have not tried Royal Car Care give them a try; if you have tried them, then you already know what Im talking about. My hat is off to Dan, Liz, and the whole crew for 100% satisfaction 100% of the time.

I would give Royal Car Care a 4/5, and the only points it loses out on is the cost to fix the problem I had with the car (thought it was a bit steep), and because of the time it takes for them to process and repair the problem. I CAN however vouch for the work they do, cause I am very satisfied with the work they did on my 05 Accent. I can also vouch for the treatment of their customers. Whether it be borrowing a car for a weekend while your car is being fixed, to making sure to keep you comfortable while you wait for your car to be worked on, to giving complimentary gifts because the service they provided took longer than normal, I was very satisfied with how I was treated and will definitely be returning to them for future car care needs. I would highly recommend Royal Car Care to family, friends, and anyone I know in need of car care. So if you dont mind paying a bit more for quality, (And they do financing too if you have decent credit or get a co-signer), go see them!

Just want to say that since Dan and Liz left the service has went down hill. My husband and I both called several times to get an appt. even leaving voicemails. When we finally got through I had to explain what we were calling about 3 times! We had bought the life time warranty for the brakes. They are squeaking when we make a left turn and they are pulsating when we are stopping. The manager, Andy came out and said there is nothing wrong and that the tech drove the car ... Ahhh I watched the guy take our car from my parking spot to the bay!! So how in the world can you say the tech "drove it 55 MPH"? Wasnt even there long enough for that to happen along with taking all 4 tires off to check the brakes! Anyway, I immediately took it to the dealership, in which they took the vehicle right in and checked it over! They advised there is a brake pad sticking, sensor hitting the rotor or ? I AM NOT A HAPPY CAMPER!!! Why pay almost 400 dollars for this kind of service?

I went there for the convenient location and loaner car. They seem friendly enough. They charge more than anyone else for parts, but I paid for it thinking I was saving time. They dont list anything about the parts they use on the invoice, so while the service supposedly has a lifetime guarantee, Im not even sure I would take the car back if something does go wrong with their repair. After having two brake rotors replaced, my car didnt stop in any kind of safe distance, so I took it back immediately. There was some grumbling about how new rotors are going to feel different, but eventually got them to look at it, and found out they forgot a step involving the brake fluid. They finished the job while I waited. After paying for the repair, I found out about the AAA member discount, but they wouldnt refund the difference or even talk about it. They love to talk until you pay them, then they get hostile.

When my husband and I moved to Brunswick we werent sure where to go for great car care. When we found Royal Car Care we immediately fell in love! They are so kind, know us by name, and are very trustworthy. We recommended them to our family because of how great they have been. My husband is very money conscious and they have always worked with us either by price matching or even once telling him how to do some things himself. If you schedule out your maintenance you have a great chance of being able to use the courtesy car which is a very convenient! We are consistently impressed with them. My husband sometimes travels for work and a few times Ive called them with issues and Liz has me come right in to get help. Dont know what I would do without them! Seriously, the best car care around!

I live 4 hours away and when the starter went out on my car when I was in their area they were able to get it in and fixed in 1 day. They had friendly service. The only problem that I had was timely communication. Since I wasnt from the area and didnt know my way around I hung out close to the shop. After waiting 3 hours and not getting a call about what they found the problem was, I called back. They needed to check and was going to call me right back. After another hour passed, I stopped back in and they had the estimate but hadnt called me yet. I then had to call them again to find out if it was finished. The receptionist did help me by printing a map out for me to get back to my sons house while they did the repair.

I did not have my car worked on so I cannot speak to the work they perform, only to the quality of their service. I had my car in multiple shops, including the dealership and while Royal was more than double the price of the others, their service was exceptional. They provided a very nice loaner for the day while they looked at my car, the young lady at the front desk was very friendly and the owner (I am assuming it was the owner) was very thorough in explaining to me what was wrong. They even refunded me the charge for the diagnostic testing when they realized that they had not gone over the cost with me before hand. While I did not use them for my service this time I wont hesitate to bring it back in the future.
