I took my elderly mothers new car in primarily due to the TPMS sensor being on for 2 weeks. I felt like she had run over something and there was a slow leak in one of the tires. I also asked for her tires to be rotated. The technician who checked us in dismissed the TPMS sensor by saying it was due to the temperature change. I explained it had been on for 2 weeks. In less than 30 minutes the car was ready. A different person checked us out. When I asked whether or not they had found anything in her tire he looked like he had no idea what I was talking about but stated theres nothing on the ticket stating they did. When she got in her car the TPMS sensor was still on in her dash. So now I still have to take her car somewhere else to fix the tire or the TPMS which is the primary reason I took the car in in the first place, but they did a great job rotating the tires.

Ive been a long standing customer here and have always had decent dealings until this week. On Monday the 13th, 2017 I tried to drop my vehicle off at 4:30 for them to take a look at my brakes, they told me they were fairly full and asked if I could schedule it for tomorrow at the same time, I agreed but only after making a call to rearrange someone to pick me up. Today, Tuesday the 14th, 2017, I went to drop my car off and the same guy that had me reschedule my appointment to today and remake plans told me that hes sorry he didnt realize how full they would get but he cant take my car now and not for another two days at least. Peoples lives and schedules obviously mean nothing to this company. I will no longer be recommending this company nor bring in new customers as I have in the past.

I WAS CHARGED 112% MORE THAN EXPECTED TO PAY FOR AN UNWRITTEN WARRANTY "CLAUSE" ON PARTS. 233% MORE FOR SPARK PLUGS, 478% MORE FOR BELTS, 62% FOR IGNITION COIL. BEFORE & AFTER: $84=136, $5=30, $12=40, $13.50=30!! According to the respected car talk podcast, mark up matrixes, and reliable mechanic websites online, markups are a normal and important part of the financial system at all businesses! These mark ups help them stay in business and remain economically competitive. Honest mark ups range from 20-50% and even 100% on small, cheap parts. But its safe to say that rates ranging from 233% and 478% are SCAMS!!!!

Horrible customer service and they could not fix my vehicle after multiple times being brought into the shop. They would also return the vehicle back to me with some other broken parts. Already paid over $2000 for repairs that still arent completed and the just hand back the vehicle with the same problems, acting like they fixed it. I bet if you had them "complete work" and then take it to a real mechanic, they would show you that they didnt do anything. Just flat out horrible mechanics who dont know their profession. Ive already contacted the Better Business Bureau. The management is horrible and the District Manager is useless. DO NOT GO HERE!!! You will lose so much money!

This place is full of crooks and their management is awful. My son-in law took his car their for several repairs worth over $700.00. This included a brake job. When he went to pick up the car and pulled out of the parking space the drivers front tired came off. They have pictures that will be sent to the attorney that we are now hiring. They did not offer great customer service when someone there offered to have their uncle paint the car for them and he offered his car for parts! You have got to be kidding. He picked the car up this afternoon and has no breaks, wont have crank, and it sounds worse than when he sent it in. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR to these people.

I liked that I didnt have to fill out any forms. Had to wait about 30 minutes or less for a premium oil change on a Friday afternoon. I dont think they topped off my coolant like they should have, which I just got done doing myself this hot Sunday (2 days later). I discovered they didnt seat the dipstick properly. It was sticking out more than a foot. This place was recommended by AAAs website. I expected 5 star service. I declined the tire rotation because I had just had that done, glad I did. They do have wi-fi and a charging station for your electronics & play movies on the TV. Next time I need an oil change I will go elsewhere.

Tony and his crew did a great job with my car situation. They were courteous and took time to talk to me and search for the best solution and price for my car problem. Even being short handed. I am staying at a homeless shelter and needed a helping and caring hand during this rough time in my life. Tony was a answer to prayer. I would definitely refure others to this place of business. I took my vehicle there because my air conditioning needed a new compressor-as they diagnosed it, and $850 dollars later, I have to take my car there every week because the darn thing will work great for 4-5 days, and then blow out hot air- Ive taken it back there 3 times and its STILL not working. Dont waste your money on this place, I want my money back, so that I can have someone who knows what they are doing fix my car correctly!!!! I WILL NEVER GO BACK FOR ANY OTHER REPAIRS and suggest you to do the same!!!!!

I cant recall his name but I think it is Kevin (the African American gentleman). He is a great asset to your company. Thomas and his crew of knowledgeable technicians ALWAYS come through for me. Whether its a simple oil change or a major repair, they are professional, thorough and reasonably priced. They recently took less than 1 hour to diagnose and show me on the computer that my Fiat didnt have the problem I thought I did -- a big relief. Wouldnt take my car anywhere else, and the rest of my family are big fans, too. The "go to" place in Spartanburg. -- Robert
