Rami and the team over at Pro Automotive are awesome! After just leaving the dealership, my buddys newly acquired motorcycle broke down on the side of the highway, about an hour away from home. Luckily, our insurance provides tow support. We called them and they advised us there would be a truck to us in about an hour. Rami showed up to us in a very timely matter. He was driving a very nice, very clean, flatbed tow truck. I was very surprised to see that the truck he showed up in was very well-lit, had air brakes, and had air-ride suspension (most industry standard flatbeds in this area do not). I was even more surprised to see that the rear air-ride was adjustable and lowered down before the tow began (this is huge! They can easily tow vehicles that are very low to the ground with this without causing harm to the vehicle!). Rami came out and greeted us. You could tell he was actually sympathetic to our cause and not just talking to us because it was his "job". He was extremely personable. He got the bike up on the bed and even strapped it down in a manner that would ensure that nothing would happen to it on its trip home. We got our bike back home that night in a timely and professional matter. The entire experience was professional and their team went above and beyond in every way to make sure that we were taken care of. I would recommend them to anyone in need without any hesitation! PS: My family owned a tow company for over 35 years. I know the business pretty well. From this experience, I can tell you that Pro Automotive is one of the most professional, customer service oriented companies I have ever dealt with!

I had a great experience with Pro Automotive! For starters I do most of my own car repair work, so Im very familiar with parts and labor cost. I had my front passenger lower ball joint on my Accord fail around 6:30PM while I was on I-480 West before the Great Northern Blvd. (not my idea of fun) Fortunately I was able to control the car to the side of the highway and did a search my phone for local towing company, Pro Automotive came up. The driver arrived very quickly and snatched my crippled car up. I decided to take it to their shop to access the damage and give my idea of the cost. The next morning they had it on their rack and let me know that I needed a ball joint, axle, tire and alignment. (All items obviously needed replaced when I looked at it the night before). The prices for labor and parts were more than reasonable. I estimated almost double in my head before Pro Automotive gave me their quote. I gave them a green light and they cracked it out before the end of that day, so less than 24hrs my car was back on the road. The guys ended up staying about 45 minutes after hours for me to pick up my car. You can’t find that type of service anywhere. A+ all the way around at Pro Automotive.

The day before I was leaving for a trip, I had stopped by the oil change place to have my levels checked and was told I was leaking transmission fluid. The oil change place said that they could do nothing about it. Everyone I asked told me to call the dealer. I did. The dealer could not fit me in until six days from the day I called and wanted to charge $130 just to look at it. I found Pro Automotive from a Google search and decided I would give them a call. I am so glad I did. I was able to take my car in that night. They called me the next day to tell me what was wrong and ask if I wanted it fixed. (They charge $75 to diagnose, not $130, yay!) I agreed to the repairs they suggested. My car was repaired quickly and for way less than I would have spent at the dealer. Everyone at Pro Automotive is extremely nice and they happily answered any questions that I had regarding my cars needs and the service. I highly recommend Pro Automotive. Their customer service and efficiency got me back on the road in less time that it would have taken to schedule an appointment at the dealer. Thank you Pro Automotive team! Youre Awesome!

I recently had my Jeep inspected at Pro Automotive and I couldnt be happier with the folks that work there. I had taken my Jeep to the same (different) mechanic, that my family had used for more than a decade, (which will remain nameless) and wasnt pleased with their inability to identify or fix the issues I was having. I opted to take it here for a second opinion and they diagnosed quite a long list of blatantly serious issues that my previous mechanic had missed. Much to my surprise, their advice was to not have the Jeep repaired and instead trade it in on a new vehicle. While I miss my Jeep dearly, it was admirable of them to throw approximately $1,000 in labor costs into the wind and give me an honest inspection and opinion. Im now driving a new car and can now feel safe driving on the highway. I cant speak highly enough of Pro Automotive and they will be receiving all of my familys and my future repair work and I implore you to do the same.

I consider myself to be a very capable “backyard mechanic” but at times need to involve the experts. Pro Automotive is the one that I always choose and often refer others for their automotive repair needs. Pro Automotive is the most professional and honest auto repair facility I have ever worked with! On one occasion I brought my sons car in for a repair I was unable to complete and instead of Pro Automotive charging me for the repair they gave me advice on more concerning issues. The issue discovered rendered the car end of life, not worth the effort or “Band-Aid”, and time to look at replacing. It goes without saying, but I will say it anyway, instead of charging me for the repair and sending me on my way, they offered honest advice and direction that made sense for the long haul. These guys are top notch, use them when in need, you will not be let down and a customer for life!

This is the place to go! Last week my car would not start, I had it towed to Midas, Midas called 3 hours later and said they couldnt figure out the problem. I called Pro Automotive and they saved the day.They towed my car at a discounted rate and called me later that evening to tell me they got it running. Rami is honest and very reasonable. Rami stated that he wanted to check some other codes and get my car back to me without extra headaches. I got a call the following business day saying "youre all set" and he even stayed late so I could get my car! Rami told me I needed some tires and to schedule an alignment when I was ready. Tires for $134 each when I originally paid $170....Awesome Service Thank You so much for saving me $. My Audi would have cost me a fortune at the dealer for the repairs you guys made!
