I have been going to this shop for well over 6 years now. I take four cars there. I have never been overcharged or pressured to buy anything. They always check with me before they move forward with any repair, telling me exactly what it will cost and how long it might prolong the life of the car. They are very honest and they work with a completely transparent glass window to the bay which makes me feel like they are not trying to hide anything and I can trust them. I trust them with all my cars including my 2010 Camaro that I bought brand new and only have 9K miles on-my baby. They are considerate, they know my name, my husbands name, his mothers name, when we come in we are greeted by name and with a smile. There have been times when I have asked for their opinion on something, knowing ahead of time that they could tell me anything that would make them more money, and they always give me the honest answer, even if it is not going to get them a dime. I think they really try hard to do right by the customer, nothing is perfect but I am comfortable that I am not being "taken" at this shop. This is the only shop I have ever gone to that has never tried to upsell me on a single service, pressure me into anything I do not need, and they were $200 cheaper than any competitor on a set of tires that I needed. I do not give out stars lightly they have earned all five.

When I first went 2 years ago to get my muffler replaced they offered a version that had shorter piping, saying it can be done and for cheaper. I picked it up and it was making weird noises. I brought it back and they did "something" and again it made worse noises. Finally after 3 times they put the longer better one in for no cost to me, I thought it was enough of a hassle and horrible job done to the car. Then just today my muffler got REALLY loud and i thought impossible after only 2 years. Its completely rusted on pipes and muffler, it looks like a 6 year old muffler at least. HOW does a muffler only last 2 years?? They told me they guarantee the life of the muffler, but i have to pay for labor and for the pipes because that only lasts 1 year, how perfect for them. DO NOT waste your time or money with these guys.

Muffler on our truck was impossibly loud from being too small - they put on the new one - very reasonable price- and wow! What a difference in noise and performance! My heroes!

Good mechanics not Gona quote you on things you dont need done will do the job you want will suggest things need done but wont force the issue
