I took my car in have a slow leak in my tire fixed. Also to have my battery checked. I needed a new battery, which was $175. I priced the same one at Autozone for $100, but whatever. The worst part was the manager told me I needed a new wheel, that mine was bent, and there was no point in fixing the tire until I got a new wheel. He said he "knew a guy." Being that I lost my job recently, I couldnt afford several hundred dollars for a new wheel, so I have just been putting air in it every couple days. It finally went flat. I put the spare on, took it to another place (Mr. Tire). I gave them the rundown, praying my tire wasnt shot. Turns out, my wheel was NOT bent, showed no evidence of being bent, and just had accumulated A LOT of debris inside the rim, causing it to pull away from the tire, and thus the leak. Mr. Tire cleaned it, filled it, put it back on, and didnt even charge me!!!! I have not needed to put any air in it since! And RAD AIR had me scared to death for the last few months, not going too far from home, thinking I was driving around on bent tire. HORRIBLE!!!!!! Shame on them!

Terrible service when they are busy. the guy and the family is nice but they forgot to put break fluid when they change a line :( good thing I dont need to drive in the highway... I am not coming back ever. I like being treated nice but at the end is about the work... id rather have terrible customer service but quality work! FOLLOW UP from response: Dino, I think you are a great guy and your customer service is superb. But please dont tell me what I wrote is not true, especially when you were the one that put the fluid outside when I came back to your shop and you noticed it had none!. Perhaps you are detail oriented but whomever worked in my car was not. and the light on the truck was on! thats why I came back (aside the fact my breaks were making a noise and it was hard to stop).... The light may not turned on when I left probably because there was a little bit of fluid in there. That person may not work on your shop anymore or whatever and its nothing against you... but this was my experience!

Hands down one of the best customer service experiences Ive ever had across any industry. Our car leaked oil after the oil filter seal was damaged during a Lube Stop oil change. After several failed attempts at correcting the leak we were advised by Lube Stop to take our car to a full service shop. Dino was very thorough and while he quickly diagnosed the issue he took photos and inspected the car multiple times so that the root cause of the issue could be identified. Dino was great about helping me with transportation to work and helping settle things with Lube Stop. We havent had an oil leak since Dino replaced the seal and Im officially a customer for life as theyve earned my trust by going above and beyond. Thank you for doing business the right way!

Was a great fan of Rad Air and have recommended them to others. My car was making a squeaking noise when I turned right so we took it in to get looked at. The noise was a minor problem of a bent plate but we were also told the car was leaking power steering fluid. My husband had checked for any leaks numerous times and there were no leaks. We brought the car home and parked it in the same spot it is always parked and realized that the car had suddenly sprouted a leak (a $300 leak). We are 100% sure my car was not leaking when we brought it in, but it goes in to get an oil change and a plate fixed and comes out with a leak. Disappointed that we need to find a new repair place.

I had a problem with a rear seat on my 2006 KIA Sedona. I put it in incorrectly and as a result couldnt get it to properly latch nor could I get it back out. I took it to Halleen KIA in North Olmsted where the service department and my salesperson couldnt get it out. As a last resort I took it to RADAIR in Westlake where Ive been to many times in the past for other repairs. Rosalia gets it out in about two minutes. Let me put this into perspective. The nice lady behind the counter at RADAIR did what the factory train technicians at KIA couldnt!

Went in for a Used Car Inspection. An estimated hour and half job took double that and we received no call it was complete. The check was not thorough and we requested additional information. Despite calling three times during normal business hours and leaving contact info we did not receive the information or even a call back. I found my overall experience to be time consuming frustrating and inadequate.

First time customer, and was treated as though I was a long time customer from the second I walked in. I brought my car in without an appointment for overheating. They explained clearly what was wrong. Fixed a cracked hose, and got me on my way the same day. Very professional clean shop. Will definitely be back, and would recommend to anyone who wants to have quality work done at a fair price.

Stopped in here today for a tire repair. Was in a bind and 3 other places said that the nail was too close to the edge to repair. Radair got me in and fixed the tire for me! Went to a "specialty" 4x4 shop and got charged $150 for an alignment they said couldnt be done right without buying $750 worth of new suspension parts. Went to Rad Air and got a perfect alignment done for $90. Fairly priced and thorough. Dino even gave me a ride to work while they were working on my FJ. Its the only place I go now.

I get second opinions and shop around when Im looking for car services. Without fail, for major repairs and regular brake work, Radair gives me the best price. Ive never been sold a product that I didnt need and Im always treated with respect. They also give free loaner cars and cookies! Im a very satisfied repeat customer.

While I did think Dino is a stand up guy and good mechanic I did have problems. The reason I took my car in was not fixed after 2 days of being in their garage. Then to make it worse I was double charged and had almost 300$ of my money tied up for 5 days without even an apology from the front desk.

I’ve been using this Rad Air for years, and will continue to do so. The customer service from Dino, Roz, and company is top notch. They will explain everything that was done, and will let you know what is needed without any nonessential repairs. I trust them do what needs to be done.
