By far Grizzly is the best auto repair shop I have ever worked with! They exemplify the highest professionalism, highest integrity, fairest pricing, and most efficient timeframe for car repairs that I have ever experienced. My most recent experience: I had a problem with my vans ABS system. Thinking this was under warranty, I took it to the dealership where I purchased it. The dealership spent three hours trying to identify what the problem was, billed me for diagnostic time, and then told me they needed more time (3-4 hours) to diagnose the problem. Oh! And they said it wasnt covered by warranty. Feeling absolutely disgusted with the dealership, I took it to Grizzly because I knew I could trust them. They found the problem in 75 minutes and then fixed the problem for a total cost of about two hours rate at the dealership. This is just one of the many examples of the honest, professional work Grizzly provides. They have exhibited industry leading abilities to resolve my electrical, tire, braking system, airbag, and routine maintenance needs. They have earned my trust for life!

Had to have parts removed to service what was being replaced. Part was rusted on and the only way to remove it was to break it off since it would have broken anyway. Did not bother to call me before breaking it to inform me of the situation and called me afterward to let me know that a new part has been put on (that they could only get from the dealer) and it would add another $180 onto my current bill of about $400. Did not appreciate this whatsoever.

I have been a loyal customer of Grizzly for the past several years and continue to be because of their impeccible service and very reasonable prices. Also, the people at Grizzly are very straightforward and will not over charge you on parts and repairs that are not needed. I cant say enough about the experience I recieved each time I have brought my car in for repair. I would highly recommend Grizzly!!!
