I had made an appointment for an oil change and alignment online for 10AM. I had a lot to do that day so I stopped in around 7:30 AM to see if there was time to work on my car earlier than 10 AM. I was greeted by Mike with a big smile and he said l, "sure we can fit you in." I am so grateful he was able to take my car early because it turns out my car was due for more than and oil change and an alignment. Mike informed me I needed spark plugs, bushings, and coolant flush. I had been putting all of them off for awhile and I knew that by how my car was running. I asked a lot of questions and Mike answered all of them in terms that I understood. He even showed me pictures of the bushings that they had on a display in the showroom. He informed me of the importance of all the work that needed to be done. I felt comfortable and knowledgeable to have it all done. I am so glad I did.. my car runs so much better!! My car is 11 years old and I have been bringing it to Firestone in North Olmsted for 10 years because of the GREAT customer service. I have said this before...and ill say it everytime...Firestone in North Olmsted is like my second family! For example, when Mike was explaining to me what why my bushings needed to be replaced, Liz walked in and remembered me. It had been atleast 3 months since I was last there and she said, "Hi" and asked how I was. I will always reccomend this Firestone!!!!

You cant just take your vehicle to any of these places and get a straight answer to whats wrong with it. I take my truck here and ask them to do a simple brake inspection to tell me whats wrong with it and a price. Instead they inspect the entire vehicle and come up with 4 grand worth of junk that needs fixed. Lol I paid 2500 for the car, do you think I want to put 4k into it? Lol. I do understand up sell. But hey tell me what the problem is. I knew this would happen but thought maybe they could tell me what was wrong with my brakes, not that I need ty rods and new shocks. Lesson learned. Firestone, Midas etc all the corporate places give commission on upselling other junk. So I will just take it to a ma and pop shop to see whats up with the brakes. Thats all I wanted, whats wrong with the brakes, not that I need ti rods, shocks, oil change, CV joints, tires, etc. Just tell me wtf is wrong with the brakes.

At work I noticed I had a hole in the side wall of my tire. I had to get it fixed quickly as we only have one car at the moment and we leave the house by 6:30am and dont return until 5:30pm. It doesnt allow us much time, as most shops are closed by 6. I had to drive my boyfriend to work on the highway the following morning and I had to take our 7 month old son as well. I didnt want to drive with a bad tire especially since our son would be with us. We called about 10 minutes before closing and they were very understanding and let us bring the car in. We arrived just as they were closing the shop. They got us in and out in 10 minutes. I am thankful they were so helpful. I had to purchase a new tire because I thought I had an unused tire but it was used. They gave us a good price and worked past close to help us out. I am so thankful and will return. Good prices and great service.

This place isnt even worth a " whole" star ! Took my jeep in Saturday for a oil change and look over and walked out with over a 3000.00 estimate for a muffler ( almost 800.00 estimate) a rack N pinion repair (1000.and some odd dollars and cents ) and ball joints..ect ect. Took it to Mieniki and the Muffler cost 170.00 with labor , Rack N Pinion was fine , ball joints , alinement air conditioner recharged..ect ect for a fraction of the cost!!! Dont waste your time and money with these people!! Before all this I took my Kia Optima in to them to replace the tires and came came out with a bent rim and them telling me there was nothing they could do about it! Done with these people!! Take your buissness elsewhere and save money!!!

Went in for tire rotation, balance, and alignment. Somehow I ended up purchasing a tie rod (overall cost 300$)...the guy told me that it needed to be replaced because it was not road worthy, and I ended up with a power steering leak too. I asked about the leak, they did not know, its not nothing they do.I looked at the parking spot where i parked the vehicle...no sign of leakage, i went back to the house no leakage. I honestly feel swindled. 300 $ later, i still have god knows how much to take care of the leak. Be careful about upselling with these guys... Somehow I bought into the tied rod thing being "loose"...and decided to buy it.

You never know if these places are here to rip you off in fact every time you go there you end up spending way more than expected or replacing stuff you werent there for. Whatever they do, they seem to do it right despite their shady and not completely verifiable suggestions. Once i went there for a flat tire, ended up with four new ones (my tires werent old at all) Not the friendliest service but not rude either. Relatively fast service.

I am sorry to read the other reviews. Not because I disagree or had a different encounter but because they were also rude and dismissive with me also. There are too many companies willing to treat a customer right to waste anytime being treated poorly. The good thing about having been talked so poorly was that it led me to a great independent repair shop and firestone lost $1000 worth of work that day.

Horrible service they told me my 2 cars were ghetto and that I should get new ones they put my car in the air for 30 mins brought it back down and said that my frame was cracked how come I never had a problem before If my frame was cracked I wouldve definitely knew about it they actually wrote on both of my receipts that my cars were ghetto

This is the most unscrupulous repair shop I have ever dealt with. They are very uncourteous, rude, and dont care about the customers. If you argue with them for anything, they threaten to call the cops on you. So, be careful if you ever go to this shop. Also, be very suspicious if you are dealing with the shop manager Brett.

its a shame that one star is the least you can give. they tried to scam us with a fake free tire rotation.they said they rotated them when the same bald tires were still on the front. and on the rear the tires had lots of tread then tried to pressure us into four new tires. and other repairs.

Just got new tires put on my wifes car even though it was super busy all of the members of the staff made sure that we were comfortable and everything went fast and smooth. The price of the tires was great and love the new ride glad I went with the tires they suggested.
