I work in IT and usually do my own repairs. I cracked my iPhone 5 screen and was going to order the new glass/digitizer, since my phone still worked under the cracked glass I could afford to wait the few days to get it. That afternoon my wife dropped hers (expensive Saturday) but the break was much worse and the right half of her phone wouldnt work. She really didnt want to wait the two or 3 days for shipping to get it fixed. I found these guys online and read some good reviews about how nice the staff were and how professional the work was... So I took her phone there. The staff is as pleasant and knowledgeable as the reviews say. Not in the over done fake manor of some places, but they really seemed like good people. The repair was done in about 40 minutes and looked so good that I went ahead and paid to have mine done as well. We didnt have to leave the phone for days while parts came in, no sales pitch run-around or upgrade/extra services, didnt try to force a case on me, none of that. I was pleasantly surprised with the whole experience. So I paid $50-$60 more to have them do it rather than do it myself (with a quality replacement not the $20 crap you can find online) and I feel great about the money spent. I took a hand full of business cards for friends and family and highly recommend them to anyone in need of repair.

I took my phone in on a Tuesday afternoon to have the LCD screen replaced. I was told it would be done by Friday. After 2 calls to iHeart Repair, I found out they had received the wrong part to fix my phone. They claimed they were unable to get the supplier to remedy the situation and overnight the correct part. No one bothered to call me and keep me updated on the situation. They have now ordered the part from a DIFFERENT supplier and do not anticipate receiving said part until next week Wednesday. Their excuse is that they cannot order expedited parts - I mean, really. This is ridiculous. Everyone ships overnight. They also said the reason it takes so long is that it comes from California. Okay, if its being delivered by Pony Express, they might have a reason. Otherwise, no. There is absolutely no customer service here - they are unwilling to give me a discount on the repair for my having to wait, they were unable to get the part expedited, and they have nothing to offer me except for saying its not their fault they received the incorrect part. I have already paid for 1/2 of the repair, and I am at their mercy because I need the phone fixed. Would I ever go back or recommend them to others? Definitely NO.

These Guys at iHeart are Great. Heres a story... My I phone needed a new screen. So since I live in Venice Fl. I called a Iphone repair in Venice, well the guy in Venice wanted to keep the phone for Five days just to replace the screen. I thought that was crazy! .. So I went on line and found iHeart Repair in Lakewood Ranch Fl., right up the road about 25 min. As soon as I walked in I was met by a friendly, professional and informative employee behind the desk. They took my iPhone 4s and replaced the screen while I waited, -in less then a hour it was done . I thought that was GREAT . A good clean job too... I was so impressed, the next day I brought my friends iPhone 5s to get a new charging dock, again the repair was done in less then a hour with a two year warranty. ... Talking to the iHeart team they mentioned to me that they werent just limited to phone repair,but also did extensive and in-depth computer repair ... To sum things up I was greatly impressed and appreciate there fast repair . I will definitely return to iHeart repair the next time any of my electronics call for repair.. Thank You...

I had a spot on the screen when I first got my iphone that grew to approx 2 cm and floated across the screen. A year later I started having problems with my home button and decided to get a new screen. I contacted iHeart Repair and in talking with the owner, Josh, I found out that I could replace my screen with a different colored one!! So now I have a PINK iphone and get comments constantly on it. The service I received from iHeart Repair was excellent. My phone was fixed in about 15 min while I waited. I highly recommend iHeart Repair, as they were efficient, knowledgeable, and professional!

I wish I could say they fixed my iPod and did a great job. So far I have paid them $129 and shipped my iPod, which they have received, but one week later I have heard nothing from them. Whether they fixed it, how long it will take, whether it was shipped...nothing, and no response to my email asking about it. So far Im am not impressed with this company. I am feeling like I was probably ripped off and who knows if I will see my iPod again.

I had cracked the screen on my Droid Turbo. A replacement was ordered and when it arrived, Jeff at Mtech called. I brought it in and Jeff expedited the repair. It was ready for pickup in less than 2 hours. When the phones speaker was erratic after the repair, a new speaker was ordered and later installed under their warranty. Phone is working fine. Very knowledgeable, friendly staff. I would recommend them to anyone.

Great Customer Service from the Start!! eager to help! Fast Service wouldnt go anywhere else.!! I have been to MTECH on several occasions to fix my IPHONE several times for myself and other family members. The staff is always friendly and very knowledgeable. The repairs were made within the hour and most of the time they called before I even got back home. Great service and very reasonable prices.

Fantastic shop, and definitely beats going to an Apple store or any other first party. Friendly service, mostly flat rates (so you know what youre going to pay before you even walk in), and excellent work. Remember: this is the only location. Dont let Yelp or Apple Maps fool you, the one on Bee Ridge is gone forever! So bring your broken mobile stuff here and peace of mind is yours.

This is the place to go. They are very professional and honest, they give a free estimate and have great prices. I was told by another nearby store that I needed a new screen and the repair would be $200 dollars. The guys at iHeart took the time to diagnose the problem and all I needed was a new battery for my iPhone. I highly recommend iHeart repair. Thanks.

Apparently they did not wish to get my business. I had an Ipad 2 that was stuck in Recovery Mode. I called several times during business hours only to be told the tech was too busy and to call back later. Finally, after the 4th call, I get told they can not fix what I needed to be fixed. Im repairing elsewhere and cant believe this is a 5-star rated location.
