I had a great experience at OneClickFix today. I chose them because they were kind and patient over the phone, and they had a guess at what the problem could be based on my description. When I arrived, they quickly diagnosed what was going on (different from their original guess but way more information in person) and were able to fix it right in front of me with a used part they had in back. I was out the door with my computer working again in less than 20 minutes, and for less than $100. Although I hope for no future computer issues, I will definitely be a return customer if something comes up again. Thank you!!

We take reviews very seriously!!...These guys care so much about their customers...Greg walked us through the purchase of a new computer..Ivan at the shop was so very helpful and willing to go the extra mile..( A rare thing today)..He transfered all our information from the old laptop and was patient throughout the entire process.Delivery and set up was executed perfectly by Brian who made sure we were completely satisfied and comfortable with our Lenovo before he left..We hope that the rave reviews will keep on coming and the entire Asheville area will depend on One Click Fix for all their technical needs.

Great Service! As a business owner who depends on her computer working properly, I couldnt recommend these guys more. One Click Fix was a referral from one of my employees. Something went wrong between my tower and monitor. Was pretty sure that the graphic card was out. Took the tower to their shop, they hooked it up to one of their monitors & the tower worked fine. They sent me back to my shop with new VGA cord and different adapters. Turns out my VGA cord had gone bad. Called them back to pay for the cord they gave me. NO Charge!! Awesome sauce & now I am able to run my payroll on time!

My laptop shut off during use. I dropped off PC to One Click Fix, they diagnosed the problem that graphics card was no good and not replaceable. One Click Fix transferred my hard drive to new PC. Back up and running in good time. Great customer service!
