I dropped off my laptop there for a hinge repair. They called me 5 days later and told me they were unable to locate the part needed, which is all well and good. My problem came when I got my laptop home, and couldnt get past the diagnostic opening screen. I called back and talked to one employee who sounded very sympathetic and put me in touch with the guy who actually worked on my laptop. I was trying get my best to be polite but this employee became pretty frustrated saying that he "didnt touch my laptop enough to cause a problem" and put me on the phone with his manager. I again explained my problem to the manager who told me I was "pointing fingers" and then later in our conversation gave me false information about the contact I had received from the company. When I corrected him, he basically told me he couldnt help me and if I wanted to pay to run diagnostics I could bring it back in. I went in with one problem and came out with two. I would not recommend this company.

I take everything there that I think that needs fixed they do great work and Robert he is one of the employees there he is so kind-hearted Ive never met anyone so nice he will help you fix things simple say you walk in there with your telephone he will walk you through the steps help you fix it and dont even charge you theyre very nice there Ive had my computers worked on my laptops Exedra I had my phone fixed there but they no longer do work on cell phones they used to install cameras there but they no longer do that but I recommend this door Holly two people to go to because I think theyre one of the best electronic repair place around I give out cards when I go there at ask him for some cards so I can hand them out to my friends I really love this place

Highly recommended. Part of my job is having to find remote companies to help me at my properties with computer and network issues. I kid you not, Unbound Digital is hands down the best company I have ever worked with. They are completely self sufficient, very knowledgable and get the job done fast. What else can I ask for? I wish I could clone Jason, the owner, because I need him all across the country.

Before i found Unbound Digital i had taken my computers to other shops and after using them for over 2 years now i wouldnt even think about taking my computer anywhere else. since day one they have been completely honest with us and have always been reasonably priced on all repairs.
