Fantastic! We were in the maket for a new computer. After looking at reviews and talking with Steve several times, we decided to go with Your Own Personal Computer Guy. Steve beat everyones price. He not only had a guarantee on his new computer, he provided all the softwear we requested. He was prompt, very knowledgeble and effecient. He came to our house and installed the new system, got our wireless system working and did alot of trouble shooting to ensure all the sytems were networked. Three days later we had an issue with our phone companys modem. Steve was right back to our home to investigate and replace it for less than the Phone Company! While he was at our home the second time, our old eight year old computer started acting wierd. He advised us our old computers drive was crashing and he wisked our PC to his shop right away to see if he could get the precious pictures and data out of the crashed hard drive. His expertise allowed him to retrieve our data. Not every computer salesman or computer tech would have done that. Steve has far exceeded our expectations and will answer our questions on the phone too, as we have solved a few problems that way. We just bought a laptop from Steve at a great price. Your Own Personal Computer Guy is one of the best computer repair/sales companies in the state of Ohio! You will not be dissapointed if you use his services.

Took my laptop in with a problem the manufacturer told me would cost around $600 to fix. Steve took care of it for $150, and a week later its working better than it has in years. He gave pretty solid advice on how to prevent the problem from recurring, too. On the whole I had a great experience and would use his services again, though I hope I dont have to. My only complaint is pretty minor: it took a little longer than I expected to get the repair done, but it was still much faster than shipping to the manufacturer. Something like a three-day turnaround time, which isnt bad.

I am so happy I found Steve from Your Own Personal Computer Guy. Steve was able to recover files from my hard drive at a very reasonable price (a fraction of what others were going to charge me just to look at it). I took my hard drive to him on Friday and he had my files recovered and ready for pick up the very next day. He does excellent work and provided service quicker than I ever expected. I will use Steve for all my computer needs in the future. From one small business to another, I am thrilled to have found a local small business to support.

Honest and trustworthy. Steve went above all expectations, not only fixing my PC but also giving me tools to keep out the bad-guys. He was very professional and courteous. Awesome prices, very quick service and very thorough. I was thinking about taking my computer to one of the local chains when it crashed on me and now I am very glad I didnt. There is no one in town with his knowledge and not even close to comparable on pricing. Cant be beat hands down and I will use him again when I go to upgrade my computer.

Found ourselves visiting in the area when my wifes laptop died...with our tax files on it. Within just a couple hours, Steve retrieved all our files onto a CD, diagnosed the hardware problem, and offered to fix the machine overnight for a _very_ reasonable price. Clearly knows what hes doing, very professional -- highly recommended.

Steve is very friendly, trustworthy and knowledgeable. He managed to recover my data on my dying hard drive and put it on a new one. Good thing since I didnt have a backup.
