We dropped off a cell phone for a USB input repair three weeks ago. They never contacted us back so we had to call ourselves, only to find out each time they were waiting for a part to arrive. We were quoted another day that it would arrive but once again they never contacted us at all, we had to call back later only to find out that they say it isnt one repair but a secondary one for more money. Had they bothered to keep us updated on what was happening this might have been understandable and even believable, but we now have zero trust in these people and are taking the phone and our business elsewhere. Terrible customer service and definitely do not recommend. Update: We got the phone back from them and, though they didnt charge us, the device went from simply not charging through the USB but in full working order to not turning on at all once they took the phone apart--and this is with the fully charged battery we had used it with before, so it is not an error on our end. Also the letter initially given to us when we left it for repair states that after 30 days from the printed date, the electronic device becomes theirs. Its fortunate we got the phone back with a few days to spare or else they no doubt would have claimed it as their own. Avoid this place.

They LOST MY COMPUTER!!!! I brought them a laptop I wasnt using. I asked them to please transfer the pictures and videos from the birth of my child to a flash drive. They agreed. I heard back from them several weeks later letting me know what size flash drive I would need. (mind you, this is not a computer that was in use because we upgraded). I forgot to bring the flash drive in but when I remembered to bring it in I was told it would take no time to do. I waited to hear back from someone. Today I heard back from Danielle, who said in a very unapologetic manner, they lost my computer. She went on to let me know that it was my fault for leaving it there. "they probably recycled it"!! 1. that was MY computer. 2. I was in contact with them while my computer was there. 3. NO PHONE CALL TO THE CUSTOMER BEFORE YOU SCRAP MY COMPUTER WITH ALL MY CHILDS MEMORIES ON IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I am beyond heart broken and now I am without one of the most important memories a mother can have of her child... THE BIRTH!!!!!! Im without the computer too. And no attempt at rectification from THE TECH FIX.

I called Jesses Computers when my MacBook Pro went down before a job. They said they could fix it. They quoted me a price, changed out the motherboard, and gave it back. I had to return it the next day cuz it was the same issue. For some reason it took 2 months, and daily excuses, to get the right part in. Finally, it arrived only to be the wrong part. They gave me my money back on the part..... kept the labor even though they gave me my computer back missing screws on the casing. Oh, and it was worse than how I gave it to them, since when I brought it down it at least turned on.... Now, nothing! I brought the computer to Apple, which I should have done in the first place. They said it was a defect in the model of my Mac and would have been able to replace it for free, if it was able to turn on that is.... The final price was half what Jesses Computer charged me.... Thanks Jesses Computers..... DONT SAY YOU CAN FIX A MAC IF YOU CANT!!!!

I just posted my review at the wrong location but I feel strongly enough to go to the trouble of posting this in the correct place. I have been to Jesses on two occasions both times I was totally satisfied. The first was with a pc I had taken to another business and was told it was not repairable. The guys at Jesses fixed it and in a very timely manner. The most recent visit was with my Mac. I needed to increase the ram. I left it just before noon and picked it up just a few hours later. The techs there are always polite and do take the time to discuss issues and options. There rates are always fair reasonable. I will continue to use the guys at this establishment as my computer techs. I highly recommend this shop.

Kevin always exhibited professional-grade courtesy and respect in addressing my electronics issues which is refreshing, especially in light of the fact that I am not very computer savvy. But, on the technical side of my encounters, I was absolutely astounded that Tech-Fix repaired my gaming console along with a better price quote, after another repair business that specializes in video-game systems was unable to accomplish that objective. Tech-Fix has earned the distinction as my primary source, for computer/game console/tablets, when the need arises for a repair consultant.

I have a business and they keep all my computers for my offices and cnc machines running. I even buy new and used computers from them because they take care of what they sell. were as you buy from best buy or wallmart you will get the runaround and long repair time. and all that warranty crap they sell is worth the paper its print on and that it. I will rather deal with a small company than a big one because of the runaround I got when I bought from the big stores. And I have been using them for at least 15 years.

My daughter dropped my HP G6 laptop breaking the screen in the process, I called Tech Fix to see if it was possible to replace the screen and I was told to bring it to the store for inspection. Tech fix told me it was repairable and gave me a price to replace the screen, it was ready to be picked up 3 hours later, the screen is an excellent replacement and the laptop is now in full working condition. Very happy with the price and the speed of work will be using again in the future.

The Tech Fix folks are the best. They fixed my broken iPad screen is less than a day. Then my computer lost wireless and none of us in my home could use their smart electronics. However, I carried that lousy computer into TheTechFix and they worked tirelessly to fix it. These guys are all polite and nice. I took my Jawbone Jambox to Jesses because its mini usb connector broke off from the pc board. It took incredibly precise soldering to reattach the connector. They did it perfectly and saved me the expense of a new Jambox. The staff is friendly and professional. In this day of disposable electronics, it’s great to find someone who will actually fix devices. Recommend Jesse’s highly. The Villages, Florida

The building looks unclean, the technicians do not LISTEN to you as to what you are trying to repair and the charge of $25-$45 STANDS just for walking in the place! I dont see how you can charge for doing nothing. I will never take another computer to this place, you would think a GOOD business owner would want to take care of a customer that is unhappy. Word of mouth can make or break a business.

Great customer service, friendly, and really open and honest. Took in my Xbox 360 to get it fixed, and went without any kind of hitch, they gave me an accurate time frame, and held true to that. Really impressed, I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to fix their stuff (Especially gaming consoles, as there arent a lot of people that specialize in that kind of stuff)
