The staff was pleasant enough when I dropped my PC off under the impression that it would be diagnosed for free. Three days later I received a call that a tech had diagnosed the problem and that he had tightened a loose CPU heatsink and reconnected some power cables. When I went to pick up my PC, they tried charging me 70 dollars for labor. When I questioned this, the lady helping me said that the technician had to take apart the computer to fix it. I didnt understand how else you could diagnose a problem, or why I hadnt been told of the charge BEFORE the "repair" was done. She quickly let up and said I didnt have to pay, which made me think she was just trying to get a quick buck out of me even though they promise free diagnostics. Be wary and make sure you tell them to not authorize anything requiring payment unless they ask first.

I dropped off a laptop with a loose power jack, with the understanding that they would diagnose whether or not it could be fixed (this is what the person Id talked to said they would do when I dropped it off - as I explained, it still worked at that point, but would freeze periodically due to the loose power jack). After two weeks they called to say theyd tried re-soldering the power jack with no success - and now, of course, the computer doesnt work at all. I am frustrated that they hadnt warned me up-front that their efforts could completely break the machine, that they were going to do more than simply "diagnose" before getting back to me - I would have just left well enough alone and still had at least a semi-working computer.

Its hard to find a place with their level of customer service these days! I took in my Epson printer and they spent about 15 minutes on it. It was an easy fix. I had run out of ink and the machine was throwing the wrong error. They searched their store and popped in some different cartridges and tested it all out. It worked just fine. They didnt even charge me and refused to take the cartridges back. They just asked me to come back again, and I WILL!

I have them fixing my big Epson printer. Ive been like crazy looking around town for someone to fix it, starting with the Epson authorized dealer in Tampa who was "unable" to help me. I went to this place and my printer is fixed, at a fair price. Im very pleased with their service. They fix laptops too which is good!!!

Wanted them to simply restore a backed up system restore. They said it would take a few day before they could get to it. After a few days I called and asked what the status was and got an extremely rude response. Basically said if you dont like it come get the computer. Clearly they dont need more customers.

Ive been using C.C. for over 15 years now and never once had a problem.And when I picked up my PCs I did NOT have to take them back...they were repaired properly the first time!!I drive from St.Pete to have them fix any issues with my PC and printer!

The best place to go to with any computer problems! I needed some help with my hdd players hard drive (turned ot something was just disconnected) and the staff took their time to look at it and fix it for me for no charge. Amazing! Love the place!

Dont judge a book by its cover, this is a very competent shop, fixed my 3 year old Epson printer (that i had over a $150.00 of unused print cartridges for), reset the counters for me so it is good as new! (Epson said it was a throw away!)
