If youre looking for the best, you can stop...youve found it. Last year we brought laptop in for part replacement and were impressed enough w/service. When needing on-site service, we were really wowed. Theyre busy; but, we felt like they were as concerned about our computer problem(s) as we were. While here, Theron was scanning computer and rather than sit and wait, he went to work setting up all our devices we were not able to since moving in over 2 years ago. His knowledge and patience are a nice combination and though Im out of the business world now, I spent enough decades in the office trenches to recognize professionalism and this companys staff has it. Were seriously considering their 24/7 monitoring too.

My computer sufferred an impact and was not functioning properly. It would not turn on. I talked to the guys at Connect EBS on the phone and they were nice and professional so I took my computer to them to be fixed. While they were working on my computer, they kept in touch with me to let me know what was going on with it and what parts needed to be ordered and their cost. When they were finished, they called to let me know the job was completed. I have had my computer back for two weeks and it works flawlessly.
