Oh my goodness - these guys really tried to do what apparently was impossible! There were two things I wanted done to my old iMac. One was additional memory - which was no problem. I needed the extra memory so I could upgrade to a newer operating system. These are both free to install, but having no knowledge of computer tech I decided to have them install them for me. Well, after numerous attempts and around 40 hours poor Chris had to call it quits. As it turns out my hardware is just too old. Great service, courteous guys. Would have rated 5 stars if the install had worked. They did not charge for the time invested in the attempted upgrade, just the memory install. Go here for your computer work. I think you will be happy.
