I would recommend the guys at Homeland Secure IT to anyone, and have on many occasions! They are knowledgeable, reliable, and offer the best in customer service. They have helped me on numerous occasions with planning for our future IT needs as well as handling emergency situations. When I have a problem, I can send any of them a message and I have a response in a matter of minutes. John, Scott and Greg make you feel as if youre their only customer and they are there to help you. I took my defunct PC tower to John at Homeland Secure IT a few weeks ago. He is charismatic and professional and made sure to understand my needs for the system. I ordered my parts online and he was patient while they shipped (one fan came from Hong Kong and took over a week to arrive). His team cleaned the tower, installed the new parts and imaged my old OS drive to a new larger one. Its been up and running and works as new! I employed their services the first time because they showed up near the top of a web search and were close to where I was; I used them the second time (just recently) because they did such a great job the first time -- although both services were relatively simple work, they nonetheless treated both jobs seriously and did a thorough job. I will consider them first the next time I need computer services, and intend to consider them first as my IT provider when I start my business.

I needed a power cord for a desktop pc. I stopped by pawn shop and the guy had one he would sell me for $10. I knew the cords are common and could get one from a repair place for a few bucks. I went by Homeland Secure(which is a little hard to find), and they gave me one for free! I would definitely take my pc issues there knowing they would try to charge me for every little thing. And that is something you cant get from a "geek squad".

He not only suggested the equipment that would do the job, he also brought in the equipment rep for two very informative meetings and he allowed me to set up our system in his facility to prove that it would do what they said it would do. We cant afford for our network to go down and they do everything possible to make sure it doesnt!
