I took my sons PS3 here on Saturday, they said they would replace the laser and it would take three days. Didnt here back from them for days, finally called then Friday and was told it was ready and that they had called me and my phone didnt work. (right). Pick it up the next Saturday, (i work late during the week) Got there and they were trying to locate it for about 15mins, finally the guy said something about he cant find the Laptop, I said no, it is a PS3. The manage finally brings it out, walk over to the cash register and proceeded to check me out, He never suggested to check it out to make sure it was working, and me being the tech dummpy that I am, would not have known if it was working or not. Took it home and right away my son turns it on and said, mommy it is doing the same thing. So I told him, I would have to take it back next Saturday. Took it back on Saturday and they said ok they will fix it, so I left it. Received a call about 1/2 hr later stated that this was not the same PS3 that they fix because the factory screw and seal was still on and it was dusty and that they always clean it. REALY. When back to the store to pick up my PS3, go there and the manager has it out in front and he is talking to another customer about me and my son, telling them how we are lying and trying to say the PS3 was never fixed, VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. Long story short I was issued a refund and told to take it some place elses to get fix. PLEASE DO NOT GO THERE, If you do make sure your serial number is on your receipt. I am not done with this place yet. WIll be contacting the better business bureau and the news channel. No olny because they called me a liar, but also talking about me with other customers and not knowing that I was standing there. BTW NOW MY PS3 is not working at all.

I took my laptop to them because the screen went black and the computer would not power on although the computer was fully charged before the screen went black(The screen went black while I was hitting some keys to make the touch screen work). The guy looked at the usb port and the connector and said that something from the usb port is stuck in the connector. Next thing I know, he went to look for a plier and was trying to pull something out from the connector. Then, he said I should leave the computer for more testing of course by paying a fee of 35 dollars. After a few days, another guy called me and said the connector is damaged and needs to be replaced. He also added that my laptop could be a European laptop (I bought the laptop at best buy for 1200 dollars in the USA) and it is hard to find parts for it. After 2 weeks waiting for the laptop, I decided to go back and get it.My theory is that the laptop was fine when I took it to them. The guy probably damaged the connector with the plier because he was trying to pull something out of it by applying lots of pressure. I basically paid them 35 dollars to damage my laptop. They are incompetent, so I do not trust them anymore.They will never see me again!

Do not expect anything to get repaired from this shop. I took my PS3 for the YLOD repair and I was assured it is a common repair for this console. Was told it would take a few days but I had to call to check on it 2 weeks later. When I picked up my PS3 I was told it is repaired and good as new. I took it home and tried it out with a blu ray movie and it worked. Turned it off then listened to Pandora and some music I had on hd(not a big gamer) and only lasted a couple of hours and YLOD was back. Took it back and explained this. Was told they would "look" at it and let me know what the problem was. Months later I had to call and inquire what was the issue. Was told it is ready for pickup and they called me many times( DID NOT CALL ME ONCE). Picked up 2nd time and they tried to charge me for repair. I informed them i didnt ask for repair just some clarity if anything was actually done the 1st time. He told me for a "good review" he could let me go without fee. PS3 worked for 2 days of only Netflix and tunes and RED light is flashing. Unbelievable!! How can I give them any kind of positive review?!? Warning!!! Do not waste your time.

the guy was over charging for a charger and ontop of that he wouldnt even assist me in just plugging it in to see if it was only the charger or not,i understand their a buisness and have to make money but come on 35 dollars when i jus need to plug it in to see if in fact the charger is the problem whether i buy it from amazon or not shouldnt be his concern if they had a competitive price it wouldnt be a problem i would get it from them,i would gladly pay 35 for diagnosis if in fact i knew it wasnt the charger that was faulty ,smh it bothers me because they were a great store all the way up until this moment i dont see how they morals changed that quick into the money hungry motive every other company has,ontop of only diagnosing the computers battery i was going to be charged 35 for the charger and another 45 if i wanted the charger fixed,just seems like this deal was way off. however they are really good at virus removal screen replacement and related etc i had work from them before but this encounter changed it all it seems there lacking in this area

Bought all components for new DAW from newegg. This was my second build so Im no expert but I have successfully built one before. After 2 weeks of complete frustration (hours on phone troubleshooting..turned out to be bad motherboard)..for first time I googled brandon pc repair to salvage the build. The gentleman at Brandon Computer Repairs was awesome! In just a few days he had everything working. This guy really knows what hes doing. Super patient and professional. Sincerely a level a technical expertise that we consumers cant get access to anymore. I would recommend this place to anyone. On my next pc build or the next time I get the runaround from tech support for anything Im just calling this place..its seriously not worth the frustration when this guy can give you an honest diagnostic and fix it.

I only leave reviews when I am extremely happy or upset. In this case it was a very pleasing experience. I went to this computer shop and it looks like a mix between IKEA store and APPLE. Very nice and clean. I had a cracked screen on my Macbook and the geniuses at the big Apple had told me to just buy a new laptop. I took it to a few other places but they didnt look very reputable. Finally I took it to these guys and they were able to fix my broken mac within 1 week for under $300. They communicated with me throughout the week about the status of the repair until completion. I would recommend the computer shop to anyone who lives in the Brandon area.
