I dropped my wife’s LG phone and broke the screen. Needless to say, I was in deep trouble since she needs her phone for work and it was mid afternoon. After trying a couple of repair shops everyone was saying it would take 3 to 5 days to get the screen and 1 day to replace it. When I called CPR they told me they had the screen in stock, and I was on my way to drop off the phone. They understood my necessity and were able to replace the screen while I waited. It took about an hour and a half. The price to replace the screen was a little less than what others had quoted, which was an added benefit; however, given my situation it was more important to get the phone fixed. It happened to Veterans Day and during our conversation they found out that I had served in the Navy. To thank me for my service they gave me an additional courtesy discount. CPR is a company I will recommend to anyone who has a problem with a phone or tablet. They are reliable, prompt, courteous, and most importantly honest.

After calling a few phone repair places in the Tampa area, I went with CPR to replace the battery in my iPhone 5. Not only were they half the cost, but they were also the first to respond to my email inquiry the day before. I was treated like a VIP customer, and they even offered for me to bring it back if my phone had further problems the next day. They went above and beyond and backed up my contacts to make sure they werent wiped out when they restored my phone (it wasnt holding a charge even after the new battery). I wish I lived in Tampa because I find this store and customer service to be one of a kind! Do yourself a favor and support this business!

good service, repair in timely fashion..HOWEVER, screens are meant to break. got my phone screen fixed her twice, first time lasted about 2 weeks, fell out of my pocket while i was sitting, about 3 feet onto gravel, it was shattered. 2nd time, they fixed the screen, but the digitizer broke in the process, they fixed it under warranty, a day later digitizer is broken again, and 2 days later my phone is laying face down on my desk, when i pick it up, screen is broken. i dont even know how it cracked. This is a warning to anyone considering this place, do not take your device here, its a complete waste of money.

I dropped my S6 face down on the concrete and the outer clear screen cover kept my actual screen from cracking, but my LCD screen was ruined. My phone would come on, but the screen remained black. I took my phone to CPR and they informed me that first I have a OELD? and not an LCD, which they explained had more resolution than the typical LCD. I comparatively shopped two other stores and CPR was cheaper. I dropped off my phone late Saturday and had it back by Wednesday. So, great customer service, fast turn-around, best price, and more educated about my phone. CPR is my new tech store.

My phone stopped working, it woulnt turn off, just locked on t-molbie tv screen. I got a new one thru t-mobile, the t-mobile employees were so unhelpful, switching my info over, i found CPR thru google maps and went there. William was so paitient with me, explaining the process with me, got all my pics off my old phone, apps and files transferred to my new phone helped me delete my old phones thru bluetooth in car and hooked up my new phone. The price was more than fair, he was able to fix it right away, and didnt take long at all. Thank you so much!

This is a very excellent repair store. Recently I brought in an iPhone that accidentally went through the washer cycle. We thought is was a lost cause. They explained the options for recovery. Much to my surprise after they dried it out all we needed to do was change the battery. My family members have also been using this store for battery replacements. I would definitely recommend this store to all my friends. This is now my repair store in South Tampa!

Thanks to everyone at CPR for replacing the screen on my Asus ZenFone 2! Its a rare, one of a kind phone and I was concerned about finding a knowledgable and reputable repair center to fix it. Dropped my Note 3, and the screen went blank. Will said he could fix it. He ordered the part, on a Friday I think, he called me when it came in on Tuesday, and he fixed it in about an hour or so on Wednesday. It now works perfectly. I would recommend Will and his service to anyone that needs their phone fixed.

Speedy/quality repair; only complaint is the hours posted are not accurate. Says it closes at 7, but Ive been several times before then (an hour or two before close), and they werent open. Not a major issue, but if you plan on going, I recommend going earlier in the afternoon.

This store is a joke the owner knows nothing about cellphone repairs and her techs there give you the information on warranties that they are suppose to up hold I will not recommend going there to get your phone fixed
