Terrible place. First, he NEVER opens at 10am. When we drop our computer off and go to pick it up most times my husband waits 30-45 minutes before he decides to come home because they still havent opened. Its also never done when its supposed to. We waited 5-6 days for something that was supposed to take 2 days. Weve used this guy a few times because he is really the only one around and his prices are unreasonable so we put up with that for years. After this other incident Ill NEVER go back and Id warn anyone wanting to go there. Second, I dropped off a computer for a BACK UP and to have my OS updated. I dropped off a 1 TB external hard drive to have everything backed up on and PAID for it. I get my computer home, plug it in and there are no files. Just 50 files on my desktop. LOL. My computer was totally wiped clean. I had thousands of files. We take it back and he says "Oh, I guess I should have looked at that before it went out". YOU THINK?? Who the heck did you have working on my computer? This was my work computer which I rely on 1,000% to do my home business and he really messed things up. He attempts to recover everything which was a poor job because Im still missing hundreds of files. Its been weeks of me sorting through folders on my desktop trying to sort out thousands of files over five years on this computer. When you restore files they dont go back to the original file name however a generic name like CHK894$$ for which I have to open every single file and figure out what it is. This will take me months and at that a lot of stuff is missing. He was supposed to do a backup that I PAID him for, I still laugh at that one, and he didnt back it up. Rather, he lost all my files and cost me a huge inconvenience. This is a computer store that is in a hurry and I think is more interested in selling $50 cell phone service in my opinion. He never refunded me for the screw up and my time spent into this. I paid $250 to be highly upset and to get a computer back with half of my files gone. Thanks! Its very upsetting and Ill know better next time to just suck up the cost and use Best Buy.

I took my iMac to an authorized Apple support repair facility to diagnose the problem. I was told that the new hard drive I bought was incompatible, that I had damaged the graphics card when I replaced the hard drive, and that I probably needed a new logic board. Repairs would total in excess of $1600. I just wasnt comfortable with what I was being told, so after searching online for someone else in my area that would/could work on Apples, I discovered Imos Systems. Boy am I glad I did! Ian went through my computer and found that the hard drive was, in fact, compatible. He also confirmed that the logic board was fine, but I did need a new graphics card. It seems that the original card may not have had enough (or any) heat protection gel (obviously not the correct terminology) which caused the card to overheat and die. Needless to say, my computer is now working beautifully and at much less expense than Id have had to pay elsewhere. Thank you so much for getting my computer back to me!

Was quoted one price was charged another. Was told that repair would take 3 days, however on day 8 I went in. Was told that I would receive updated emails on my status, or that I could log in and check on status. No emails were sent, other than the email that Ian sent while I was in the office. Logged in several times through out the week to check the status and saw the same screen without any changes. After a week I began calling to check on the status, and was hung up on, or placed on hold for 5 minutes then hung up on. Was given laptop without the cord. When I informed Ian, he then search around and gave me someone elses cord, and told me, "This will work". So to whomevers cord that I have I am sorry. He took off my new version of Office that I had just purchased and replaced it with the old version, now I have to spend and evening re-installing the new version. I am giving 2 stars because the problem does seem to be fixed, however I will not be back.

Took my iPhone 6 Plus out of its case for its weekly cleaning and Bam it smashes on the floor, screen is shattered. Its Friday at 5 business are closing and I would like my phone for the weekend when I head out into nature. Called them and got a call back from Ian saying he could take care of me if I made it there within the hour. Now Im not saying they can do this all the time but he fixed my phone in under 45 minutes. They use real screens from Apple and have a 90 day warranty on it. The screen works great and looks brand new! Great service! Thank you

I found Imos Systems very helpful from my first phone call up until I picked up my repaired IPad. They are very knowledgable. I like the fact that I got an email confirmation when they checked in my IPad and I got updates and a completion notice. I was even able to pay via PayPal. I highly recommend this business and plan on using them in the future.

I had a Dell XPS 600 which was not running. Windows was consistently crashing on me. Imos came to the house, picked up the computer, installed Windows 7, and 8 GB of RAM and this computer which is over five years old, runs better than the day it was delivered to me.

Terrible and extremely unprofessional. You would be better off getting your Mac serviced at a Popeyes Chicken. At least you could get something to eat while you wait for them to decide to show up. EXTREMELY rude!

Worst customer service ever says you get a "warranty" but you dont he will find excuses to not warranty out your product so you can pay more to fix your phone or laptop will NEVER come back again. End rant
