Use ANY other repair shop! Antoinette is frankly an awful human being. She lies, and encourages her staff to do so as well. Her whole business is supposed to be fixing computers but they dont even do that correctly - because of her! Most of her staff are great people but they cant do their job right because she forces them to offer you useless crapware to turn a dollar. More than any of that, theyre way too expensive for what they do. Honestly, youre better off doing it yourself. Just Google whatever your issue is and look a YouTube video up - youll still figure it out faster than her. Edit: Now she says Im fake because her service was so poor. Funny that the more her business gets reviews, the worse her rating gets.
