Dont ever go to this store. EVER! They said they could definitely repair my sons ps4. And wanted payment up front... which is unheard of in most cases. The guy working seemed confident he could fix it. After replacing a TWO DOLLAR part and taking a few days , he says he couldnt do it. I agree with paying for the part and some of his time even though Im really only obligated for the part. But the manager refuses to refund. Gave them a broken ps4 left with a broken ps4 and 75 dollars less in my account. This is nothing but STEALING!! The manager John Orr is really nothing but a common thief .... a con man. So many repair places and I end up at the crappiest one. If you cant guarantee something ... dont take payment. But I was given a verbal guarantee and not once was I told the 75 was non refundable. I will be suing.

Got my iPhone screen replaced at first I was so happy with the service everything worked great but within a week the screen started making a clicking sound like it wasnt completely on and within a month the screen is completely cracked again. My phone is in a protective case with a screen protector and I dont throw it around. I know it was most likely due to a drop or something I just feel like you could go somewhere else and get a better quality screen for the price they are charging

After smashing the screen on my iphone, which I use for work, I was in a bit of a panic. I called CPR and they assured me it would be an easy fix, they had the parts and could do it right away. The day started off terrible but now my phone is good as new and Im a happy camper. Their prices arent cheap but neither are their products. I called around and they were on par in cost with the other places I contacted.

I needed the charging port on my Samsung tablet replaced. CPR fixed it in an hour (they had the part in stock) and for $30 dollars cheaper than what I was quoted at other repair shops that would take over 10-14 business days to repair. Great service.

Great. Came through for me when all other shops couldnt. Same day vs 2 weeks from the boost mobile place in tarpon on alt 19, with nothing but excuses and didnt warranty out there defective crap
