I brought my computer in for repairs here in December of 2012 as the CPU would not boot up. I would rate this as FAIR (not Poor). Pros: Seth was helpful, took time to explain the problem, and was open. The anti Virus software they sold me, Viper, I like It cost what they said it would. Cost was reasonable. Cons It took more than 2 weeks to get my computer returned It took more than a week for them to give me any update (which I had to call for) No one would explain to me why my hard drive needed replaced. There were multiple blown promises as to when I would get my pc back I felt like repair business was a distant third to computer sales (2nd) and corporate accounts (1st). I will say that I will try this place again though I believe depending on how they answer my questions up front as there are not alot of other repair places in town.

I have taken my computer to ECR several times. They have kept it overnight, gotten rid of viruses and cleaned it up so it was running quickly again. I was so impressed this last time as the analyst Seth looked at my computer while I waited. After several minutes of looking around at parts of a computer that I do not understand, he showed me how it wasnt my computer but my internet. He then walked me through specs that I should be sure to have through my internet provider. Thank you Seth and ECR for being a truly honest company. Betsy Denney

ECR offers great PC repair services, everyone was very friendly. The computer got repaired quickly and they even offered me some printer toner for my printer and also some data back-up services. Great place for sales, tech support and computer repair.
