I gave this people the best review just because they are awesome, went to Staples with my laptop and they diagnosed the problem as being a short on board with a $ 235.00 price tag, took the laptop to PCLand around the corner and they told me that it was only the keyboard the problem with a price tag a lot less than what they told me at staples.
