Honest Review from my experience: I dropped off a Playstation 4 to get the HDMI Port repaired. I live in Pinellas county so I explained to Bill that it would be a while before I would be back up this way to pick it up. He said "Thats fine," to which I emphasized "Are you sure? It may be a month or more before Im back up this way..." He said, "No problem. It will just sit here after it is finished" I asked and he clarified that theres no storage fees so he knew it was going to be sometime before I could get it. I asked him how much and was told it would be $105. He said it should be an easy fix. I left the machine with him and heard back within a week or so. He called me and told me that he was unable to fix the machine and had to ask me to take it to another guy who would fix it for me but that he was going to charge me $40 for labor even though he did absolutely nothing to fix it and the other repair shop would charge around $80 on top of that. I wasnt pleased, but said that I would pick it up as soon as I could get back up that way. He said no problem. I reminded him that it might be a month or more. Again he said it would be ok. After a couple of months I called him to let him know I would pick it up and take to the other repair shop later that day. He acted surprised as if I had abandoned the Playstation 4 and never let him know I was still coming to get it. He said that he "Junked it" because I never called. I explained how I told him it would take some time and he assured me he would hold onto it no problem as he had the shelf space. He said "I dont know what to tell you, I junked it. Why didnt you call?" I then told him that as the retailer, he had my contact information and should have called me to check on the status. He began to get loud and hung up on me. I have nothing to show for this now except his bill that he provided me. Good thing I did not pay for this in advance. This all occurred around January - March 2017, earlier this year. I would not recommend this company for repairs.

Bill is great! I just had my laptop keyboard replaced today on my HP Mini Netbook and it was ready in 10 minutes. I had stopped using this laptop because I wanted a larger laptop when I was given this netbook about 5-6 years ago. To make a long story short, when I decided I wanted a small netbook for nursing school, I pulled out this old laptop: only to find out that two keys & the backspace button did NOT work. I was very upset and I had thought I needed to buy a whole new laptop. I called Bill up & he gave me a great price of only $40 and I did not have to put any money down. He ordered the part for me & called me when it came in. Very good customer service. I will be back if I ever need any future computer work done. Great prices!

This guy is a hack job. I brought my laptop into him and got it back in worse condition. Screws missing and he hot glued the laptop back together after breaking it. It looks like he had trouble opening it and just pealed and ripped it open and broke it.

Sold me a computer and it lasted a week before catching fire. I called and told him what happened and he said theres nothing he can do for men What a waste of $200. He also over charged me for what turned out to be a 10 year old comuter.
