We took our HP desktop to AMS for a diagnosis checkup which they advertise as Free. AMS charged us $42 and appears they did nothing! They did not even clean the inside of the computer, still full of dust and dirty! After we picked up our computer and took it home we did not see any difference, the same problems were still there, so we took it to another PC repair store and they did a free diagnosis and within 1 hour they called to tell us the hard drive was failing. This is something that any computer repair tech could diagnosis easily we were told. AMS lied to us, took our money did nothing to our pc and refused to refund or work with us. Terrible attitude from Adam the owner, bad experience altogether, we will never go back or refer anyone to him.

I have had the pleasure of utilizing AMS for the last few years for my latest new system purchase, and for maintaining and upgrading my last system which was purchased from Adam and the team at AMS. The AMS TEAM are very customer oriented and no matter what the issues I am facing they always have the answers... Trust me when I tell you that I take computer illiteracy to a whole new level, but the ams crew ALWAYS COMES THROUGH FOR ME IN A PINCH... Prices are very reasonable,and the service on my gear has always been very timely and they always seem to be available for calls and concerns... From day one A-M-S computers has done an outstanding job fixing computers for my home, teens and business. The prices are excellent and quality of work top notch. Whenever I mention to Adam or Anne that I need something the remember me. As soon as product becomes available they contact me. We are just so happy with all they do. When I decided to do free work for a childrens Charity Adam and Anne went out of their way to help me set up my computer and train to assist a great cause. We highly recommend them to everyone. Horrible business practices.I called concerning replacing some parts to my Macbook and was told a price then the next day I drove to the Spring hill store which was closed on a day which the hours stated were open. I called and asked to get a quote for the parts and install work and they stated they didnt do that over the phone?!? and if i wanted I could drive 35 minutes more to their other location. I also offered to pay for the estimate. I guess they really dont want business. They stated they do not do written estimates either which sounds very fishy. I encourage everyone to look elsewhere for a more reputable and trustworthy repair company.

This place is wonderful! Took my desktop in to be fixed because they have the best prices in town. Free diagnostic testing, honest about what is wrong, repair prices are amazing and so is the quality and speediness of work. Picked up desktop on Saturday and on Sunday brought in my laptop for a cleaning and was done in two hours. Man does it run faster now and no more start up pop ups. Would recommend this place to everyone I know. Open all week and weekends in the flea market is a huge plus. Most pleasant experience I have had since I called several other places for this repair. Thank you for the doing a great job!

I generally am able to do my own computer repairs but recently ran into a problem beyond my level of ability. A-M-S provided exceptionally congenial, prompt and accurate diagnostics. They have a promise of free evaluation, which they keep. I do not understand the negative review posted by one other reviewer because my experience was positive in all respects. A complete summary was provided the same day, at no cost, with full estimates and options to repair or simply allow me to pick up the computer. I am so pleased and am happy to recommend this company.

I have gone in on two separate occasions, and the help has been phenomenal both times. I was given fast, reliable, and the most inexpensive service compared to numerous others that I contacted. I have never have had a problem, and would recommend them for any computer/laptop related issue. Great business, run by great people. He fixed a power button for me on my computer and was done the same day. He also fixed my girlfriends laptop by replacing the entire keyboard component, and he finished that the same day as well. 10/10! A+++

Went there about month ago, was charged 30 they said they fixed it. They did not. As I took it home and plugged it in and was still acting up, So I ended up going to a different repair shop and after 5 min they found it was the motherboard that was shot. Do not go here you will be scammed out of your money. They lied about fixing it, and took my money. Beware of this place. Would give 0 stars if I could. Edit 30 not 120 Will abuse the phone number you give them beware. Edit stop trying to contact me, i have imformed the BBB.

I am new to the area and needed a little bit of simple computer work done on my laptop. I called A-M-S Computers and they gave me a very reasonable price for the work. I took my laptop to their shop and they were done with it in less than an hour. They are extremely friendly and proficient in their work. They got my laptop up and going in no time! I felt right at home in their store and they welcomed me to the area! I will be going to them for ANY of my computer needs from now on!!! Thanks guys! Youre the best! :)

This shop rocks- When I had a questions, they called me right back. When I voiced a concern over if our problem was worth repairing-they were honest. This shop is friendly, efficient and lets you know exactly whats going on with the repair. I would recommend this shop to anyone who has computer issues. Reasonable rates and honesty-definitely something you dont find in the mall and other computer retail outlets.

I had a great experience with A-M-S computers. My computer needed some updates and I expressed how important it was for me to have it back in a timely fashion. The service was fast and they explained what updates were needed for my computer to get back on track. The customer service was on point, and my computer is working great.
