I recently had to buy a new computer so I went where I always go, to TCR computers. They have always helped me with ideas and keeping my older stuff running, so I didnt have to buy a new one. Since I had replaced so many parts on my old PC I figure I probably saved enough to buy a new one. The old one was getting so hot, I think they put 3 processors in it and I burnt up 2 external fans. I had the new laptop for about 5 days and tried to put an SD stick in to download some pics. It wouldnt work so I called the manufacturers Tech line. After arguing with their "tech" about how hard to push the stick in, it got stuck. I told him it would but he insisted I push it in with a pencil. ANYWAY they said to send it back and they would only charge me $75.00 to fix it. I took it down to TCR and they fixed it for free. They have always treated me right and given me straight answers.
