Honest and fair. I took my laptop here because the power cord would no longer seat itself and power the unit. Steven could have fixed this for the $100+ dollars it would take to get the job done. Upon opening the unit, he found that my motherboard was deteriorating because of something that was spilled on the keyboard, and would fail in the near future. Like I said...he could have fixed the problem I came in for and not told me about the rest of it. Instead...he advised me against fixing any of it because it would cost me less to just replace the laptop. l appreciate his honesty and now will take my business to him and his wife for life. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would.

Brought in dead computer, did a free check, motherboard. Went from repair to rebuilding. (Highend Alienware computer) Asked I wanted, what I used it for and went from there. Made recommendations, on video card, ram, hard drives. Texted me when parts arrived, installled. Recovered bad hard drive. Checked parts, found billing was fair market prices, as was labor. Felt he did a good job, been a couple weeks since I got it back, and feel its doing better than before. I would use him again.

Found on Google and a very happy experience! A little shop with a personal touch, when you walk in, you feel like a friend has shown you a secret place. Exactly the opposite of the big store repair chains. My laptop was fixed fast, cheap, and he even let me have the old parts. I would definitely recommend them to everyone. Steve knows how to fix electronics! Thanks guys!!! Ill be back again if ever needed.

Have my laptops infected was cheap but few weeks after same problem got back to him and same problem got my wife desktop in for same problem and have to take back here desktop the next day and still the same problem will not recommend the service at all
