My laptop wasnt turning on, and I could hear something rattling around inside. I assumed the worst. Quickly searched the area on my phone to find a computer repair shop that wouldnt charge me an arm and a leg for a diagnosis, and I stumbled across Family Computer Services. I took my computer in and was greeted by Kyle. This was maybe around noon-ish I think. He told me that he would check it out and diagnosis the issue for free, and would let me know by that evening what was wrong. He also told me that they have a flat rate for most repairs - AMAZING! Well, just a couple hours later, he called back and told me that he had found the issue - a screw rolling around inside the laptop - and that it was ready to be picked up. I was totally shocked and pleasantly surprised by the speedy service. I know it would have just sat around for days had I taken it to a big box store. I picked up my computer that day, all issues resolved, and he didnt charge me a penny for the problem-solving. Good honest work here, and I will definitely return if I ever have computer issues in the future, even though I live about 45 minutes away. Thanks!!!

I was searching for a small computer repair shop, and I found the Family Computer Services. I read the Google reviews and I knew this was the type of repair shop I was looking for. I had a defective power supply and I called Family Computer Services. I spoke with Kyle and he informed me he charges a flat rate on repairs. I took my desktop in and he had it repaired in less than one day. Great services that are reliable and cost effective! Kyle has a great personality and is willing to give excellent service to his customers. We need more small business owners who are dependent upon their reputations to get returning customers, rather than big corporations that do not care about the "little guys." I will keep returning to Kyle for all my computer repairs and/or upgrades because I know I have found someone who cares about giving outstanding services to his customers!!

I own a Mac and before Kyle opened his business the only other place to service my computer charges $90.00 an hour. Thats pretty steep a charge! Kyle is affordable, prompt, professional and charges fees that are very fair. If there is a continued problem he takes responsibility for his work and is very service oriented. Another point that is very important is that he knows how to explain things for the end user so that we can understand. Too many times in the past other technical people would talk to me and they practically spoke another language with all of their technical jargon. Kyle does not do that making the repair of our computers that much easier to understand. He also takes care of all types of computers making his place a great one stop shoppe. Now that we have found his store, we wont go to anyone else.

This guy can fix any computer and on a very cheap rate. He is very polite and a very honest trustworthy person.He fixed my old destop which I thought was done n its still running plus I had him build 2 gaming pcs which he did at a very cheap rate he is a champ in that department.I have seen many computer places all they do is try to rip ppl off n charge heavily for fixing a very minor thing.I Trust this guy n will again do business with him and I totally recommend him.
