"Tom" is a rude individual and one that is also outdated. Sure, its great he knows legacy equipment: if it was 1995. Its not. Its 15 years later, I dont need 10 year old hardware for my new computer. Computer service does not follow rudimentary experience as in other positions. I called "Tom" for simple quote on deploying some rack servers, ghost imaging and a domain controller server setup. He lacked the intelligence for this task, even though he advertises he has experience and then imploded on a self induced argument about how his 26 years experience makes him a professional even though he does not understand todays computer software, or hardware. Wake up Tom, its not 1986. Youre not 30 anymore. Youre over 60. Its 2010. if you chose this place for your computers needs, you are a fool.

A rude, goofy, and irritating man. Gave no estimate, took a week to even look into my issue. He seemed bothered by my phone calls to check the status of my laptop (waited a week before I even called). Charged me over 100 dollars in labor costs, did an awful job, and ultimately destroyed an 800 dollar laptop. You are an idiot if you trust this man with any electronics.

This place is great! I live in Sarasota and it was worth the drive for the awesome service. Tom, the technician worked straight on my issue. He was very helpful and knowledgeable with a low cost fix! Just what the doctor ordered. I would referrer Lacey Computer to anyone. If I have any more computer problems, Tom is the only choice in repair.

Thomas Lacey is a great problem solver. I had a problem with my laptop, went to another computer store, spent over $200 and they couldnt fix it! I thought my data was lost forever until Tom fixed it for me. He was very patient and gave me a great deal too!

2nd experience with this quirky gentleman. Should have learned after 1st visit. Laptop works worse than when I brought it to him. Never going back. Ill happily pay someone else to restore my computer than take it back to Tom.
