So I took my laptop in with the screen not working. Then they tell me they dont know what it is and guess that its the most expensive thing gone wrong, the mother board. So they want me to pay $600 to fix it when they dont even know if thats it. The point that got me to post a review is that there is still a diagnostic fee. You didnt diagnos it! Youre guessing! Dont charge people for services you dont provide, youre only guessing and I dont have 600$ to guess.
