Professional and respectful. These guys are incredibly nice and very knowledgable when it comes to Apple products. I came to them with a failing harddrive on a MacBook pro. Not only were they able to recover all of my user data, but installed a new hard drive, battery, and upgraded ram with ease at an affordable price. If you have a problem, these are the guys to go to.

These guys are great! Used them 3 times so far(G5 busted screen and power, macbook pro hard drive) and every time weve been impressed by their professionalism and speed on getting the product back, not to mention GREAT PRICES! Cant say enough, A++++++ P.S. You can mail them your computer from anywhere and theyll fix it and send it back FAST!!!

Very knowledgeable and professional. Spoke to them on the phone, purchased an SSD and 16 GB RAM from Amazon to upgrade my 2012 MacBook Pro. Dropped all off one day and it was done the next. Old HD placed in Jewel Case, Mac OS X fresh install on the MacBook. Like other reviewers have said, just come here, dont bother with the Apple Store.

This place is really great! I took my super old Mac in and they replaced the battery. Its working perfectly now! They also fixed my wobbly screen and added new bumpers to the bottom of my computer for no extra charge. It was like getting a new computer. The staff is really nice too.

Quick turn-around. My Mac was repaired several days ahead of schedule. When I got stuck in traffic (I live a couple of hours away), they stayed open late for 20 minutes until I could make it there to pick up my Mac.
