Ive had very positive experiences with Computer Crisis in Avon, OH. When I first came to the store last year, I had a laptop I wanted to trade in. I bought a refurbished business grade Dell laptop and I am absolutely delighted with it. Its fast, reliable, and does not give me any problems. The manager, James C., is also very willing to make home visits for trouble-shooting. I had problems with my printer (not purchased from Computer Crisis) and James was able to help me get it printing and scanning again in just minutes. You get friendly, fast, professional service at Computer Crisis in Avon. I highly recommend it for your technology needs.

James has been helping our business with its computer problems for years, always gets us up and running that same day! We have a lot of employees so sometimes they click on things and get viruses. This last time he helped us get all our QuickBooks company info off of a computer that wouldnt boot, transferred it to another computer and even worked passed his regular business hours to get our business up and running by the end of the night! You cant find service as good as this anywhere! They also helped me and my wife setup a home wireless network. Highly recommend Computer Crisis right here in Avon!

Worst service Ive had! They did ok a couple years ago when I had a virus, but last year my laptop completely died. They said they could fix it, and gave me a loaner (i.e. cheapie).When it was fixed, I was way overcharged & when I tried it out it was NOT repaired. After taking it back, I never got a call with updates; when I called, James just hem-hawed around. Bottom line is it never got repaired. They supposedly pitched it - including the hard drive! And I got stuck with a cheaper laptop. And I am out all that money.

My computer finally broke down so I decided to use Computer Crisis because I drive by them everyday for at least the past 3 years. A friend also highly recommended them! I basically had a virus which wouldnt let my computer boot up normally and they were able to fix my laptop and save all my programs and files. I was shocked at how fast the computer works when I got it back. If I could give 10 stars I would! James, the main tech, is amazing! I highly recommend this place and already told most my family about them!

Ok so my computer wouldnt boot up and I needed to have payroll finished up before monday. This was THE ONLY company that actually works on a Sunday. I had a very nice gentleman come to my house WITHIN THE HOUR from my phone call, got me up and running in about 30-45 minutes. Im typing this review now from my computer, I am so happy to have found a place here in town that goes above and beyond to get things done, on a Sunday!!!

Excellent repair shop! They were very friendly and professional. Fixed my HP Laptop for a good price. The geek squad said that it was not repairable and I need to buy a new laptop. When i came to get the computer back, the store manager was very helpful and took time to set up my email account and make sure all my pictures and files were still there. I HIGHLY recommend Computer Crisis. Thanks, One very satisfied customer.

Looking for computer help? Look no further! James is always there to help me no matter how big or small my computer problem is. Needed my computer up and running asap because I work from home, he had it done the same day!!! Wow I brought my computer in for virus removal on Tuesday morning and I got it back the same day later in the afternoon! Considering its a holiday week thats pretty amazing!!! Plus my computer runs amazing with Windows 10 now, before it had a bunch of glitches and screen problems. Everything resolved and now its like a new computer, very satisfied and highly recommend!

Kept getting pop-ups about my computer being infected and tons of registry errors. Brought my computer to these guys and had it back the next day. They added new protection so now I feel safer when browsing the web and using my computer. 5 Stars for great service.
