Larry, I apologize to you. I was upset and gave you a single star and said something in anger. I said ""Ive never forgotten how badly you treated me as a customer." Well to all customers or potential customers, Id like you to know that thats not true. I apologize to you too. I was angry because I didnt backup my hard drive and it was going down fast. Larry tried his best to recover my data. Thats NOT easy work. We lost the data. Its not his fault, its mine for not backing up my data. Today, Id change that to "Ive never forgotten how badly I treated you by losing my temper. Im sorry. Thanks for making things right in the long run." Small business owners like Larry are precious. Why? Because they live in our hometown. They go to our church. They shop where we shop. They are our neighbors. They are not faceless corporations. They are human beings that make mistakes, but dont we. I have found that Larry is more that willing to make things right. He wants to make us happy. It hurts his heart to see someone upset so hell go to any length to help you with your needs. So I would ask that you give Larry a chance. Talk things out. I think youll find him to be a reasonable guy. I appreciate how persistent and determined Larry has been in working to resolve a difficult problem. He tried for a long time to recover anything he could. Data loss problems are aggravating, tedious, and time consuming and Belltech Computer Solutions gave it their all and the best job anyone could do. Years went by. Misunderstandings happened. But Larry did something pretty cool. He reached out to me and he apologized too. And he too asked what he could do to make things right. Because he wanted to keep me happy. Its that kind of dedication to try to do the best one can do and keeping ones integrity the best we can that makes us all customer and small business owner happy. Jeff Smith

Dont believe the other reviews, they are all posted by the owner of the business. Why else would they include the address, the name of the only employee, and all have an emphasis on how he is a savior. It is utterly disgusting that the owner of this business would go to such a low level in order to entice people to walk in. If he has to generate fake reviews to cover up genuine complaints about his business, it shows that the owner is clearly incomptent and should not be trusted with respecting your privacy or fixing your computer. I can personally attest by walking in and meeting the owner that he is litreally scum. He attempted to sell me a new computer saying that my old one was "unrepairable". The reason why "because its an IBM, they dont make them anymore." Well, they dont make 1990 cars anymore, but I still see them on the road. After I refused his generous offer to buy a new laptop (one which he bought at the past Wal-Mart black friday sale at a "generous" price of $500 (which was sold new for $200 @ walmart). He released his anger and wage, that "I" wasted his time, and that "I" owe him a diagnostic fee of $150. I stormed out of there, I never agreed to such a fee and I hope that no one has to experience the traum I had to endure. If anyone needs a PC repair, they should go to Bobs Computer Service, its located down the road and its a night and day difference. I had my laptop fixed for $60 total, same day!

Belltech is a great place to go when having computer troubles. I am a current medical student on a tight budget, and my computer use to run extremely slow, which did NOT help with my studies when I have to study extensive information in a short amount of time. I brought my laptop to them and their friendly technician took it into his capable hands and made it run faster than it did when I got it. Their prices are reasonable too. I was worried I was going to be paying an arm and a leg, but they were willing to work with me so I could pay and have my computer. To top it off this is a nice place to study. I have tried many different places to try and study(house, school, library) and I was always distracted. I would come in to Belltech whenever I had a load of homework or major tests to study for, and actually stay on track. They never seemed to mind, and I would notice during their studies how they treated their other customers. They have nothing but honesty and respect for their clients. If they can or cant help they will tell you, and will gladly give you consultation on what to do with your electronics if it is a tiny problem that doesnt require extensive servicing, free of charge! All around BellTech is a great business(and study spot). Friendly and helpful staff, and laid back pleasant atmosphere. I would Highly recommend BellTech to my classmates and anyone else in need of computer services.

NO WONDER THEY ARE NOT PART OF THE BBB TO REPORT THEM!! whatever you do, make sure you have a 2nd computer at home to use. Because the one you get back from them, wont ever work the same. It will be in worse shape. I have no USB use anymore since bringing to them. I should have known better when I went to pick it up and all they were concerned about was logging me on to google to give them an excellent rating before I even had a chance to get my computer home. :=( Larry I guess you dont have a money back guarantee? Oh wait, you never gave me anything in writing or a receipt. stupid me for not asking. But then again, I am the customer and you are a business. Do you know I had to reset my phone because you all managed to mess that up as well? Larry, I am an unhappy customer, it happens. Get over it. You never gave me an estimate, you never told me what you all did and you never FIXED my computer. PERIOD!!!!! Matter of fact, it is worse off. The reviews I write are NOT inaccurate. Please, dont think you are so high and mighty and perfect to every customer that comes in, you are not. You will come across some that are not happy and didnt get the service they paid and expect. I am that unlucky one.

Id like to start this review by saying that the owner is a nice guy, I used to manage a Citgo he frequented for fishing supplies and would give him discounts and I feel like maybe this is one of those "one in a lifetime" things that happened where the company and the customer had no idea about this product. Bought a laptop from them a few months back. First the guy at the front, I think his name was Larry couldnt even tell me the name of it so he called his boss and I guess he didnt even know. Which is when I became suspicious, but I thought it was okay since they seemed to be a trusted company. Well I bought it for $300 because they said how they upgraded it from its original "specs". Well me not knowing much about computers I said okay, lets go for it. Well when I got home I looked up the price for the laptop new, and guess what, it was $300. So Im thinking, ok well at least they said they upgraded things. I got my friend to check the specs and they werent upgraded at all. Laptop cant run more than one program at a time without taking 10 minutes to open the next. Not happy with this mom and pop store. You live and you learn I guess.
