From the moment he answered my call, Jason has been a dream-come-true computer technician. His down-to-earth personality coupled with his intense love of the work he does with computers means that he not only diagnosed and fixed the issues my desktop, laptop and tablet were having, he was able to explain it all to me in terms I was able to understand along with directions I was able to follow to maintain the good health of all of these devices. While very professional, he is also friendly and extremely likable. His storefront is neat and clean, well-lit and comfortable, and is conveniently located next to Subway below Ingles in Canton, NC. The icing on the cake was his incredibly reasonable rates which made the experience entirely painless. Ive already passed out several of his business cards to fellow computer dummies like myself and highly recommend him to anyone looking for THE REAL DEAL in the world of computers. I had such an amazing experience with Byte Me Computer Services. Sadly I spilled coffee all over my MacBook and it started acting up so I brought it in to see if anything was ruined. Kindly they did tests on it and figured the only thing that was shot was the keyboard. However, that weekend I was in need of some information on my computer before closing time and they found the time to personally get it and email it to me. Im thankful my friend told me about this place and I will definitely return with other computer problems and tell my friends all about this place.

Outstanding Service! Stressing over computer issues is now a thing of the past. My 2011 MacBook Air was in desperate need of a new battery and a complete overhaul. Byte Me Computer Service handled everything and now its running better then when I first purchased it. Also, had Jason check out my PC (lots of issues with this one) Diagnosed with a failing hard drive, Jason helped set me up with a most affordable touch screen Lap top. I love it! Excellent customer service. Professional. 100% trustworthy. Cant recommend enough. Thanks Jason!

I cant say enough good things about this place. Jason is a true computersmith! He is VERY knowledgeable and professional. Not only did he fix the problem I was having with my computer but he also diagnosed and fixed another problem with my computer I didnt even know i had, and didnt charge me anything more. I met Jason 4 years ago when he started his business. He has always been very professional and honest. Whenever I need work done on my computer or have a "dumb" question, he is very patient and explains everything he will do and makes sure I understand. He goes above and beyond and has even added software without charging me. I highly recommend him!
