Weve used Quality PC for years now. They have always fixed any problems correctly and quickly. If anyone asked me where they should take their computer for repairs, Id send them to Quality PC. Just an update: this week we took both a laptop and a desktop in for a clean-up and installation of more memory. As usual, Kevin Silvers was a great listener, determining just what we wanted done, and he was thorough about explaining the price and how long it would take. A day later, we were back in action. I wouldnt consider any place but Quality PC for any computer needs, and I send all my friends there.

Took my computer to Geek Squad who were unable to retrieve the files off my crashed hard drive. Said it would have to be sent away which would take 5 weeks. That was not acceptable for me, took it to Quality PC and they had all files backed up and new hard drive installed in 2 days. They were awesome and so helpful! Kevin made the repairs and kept me informed of diagnosis and how long it would take. Reasonably priced as well. Thank you Quality PC! I will definitely use you for all of my computer repair needs!!!

I have been using Kevin since he started at Quality PC. He has worked on all of my computers (five up and running) and is the most reliable IT person I have ever worked with. I now buy my computers from him - he knows exactly what I need for a particular PC and only sells me what I need (including Microsoft programs).

Took my PC to Quality in June 2015---they diagnosed the problem, gave me a quote, fixed it and then and took lots of time answering my questions (and didnt charge me any extra for the education). I recommend them.
