Went in yesterday to have a cracked screen replaced on my iPhone 6. They told me it would take an hour and they would then call me. After a few hours of not hearing from them I called to see if there was an issue. They simply failed to contact me. I went to pick up the phone, I even asked if it had been tested and was functioning properly. Once getting back home I found the right side of the screen was not functioning which left me unable to send emails or messages and the screen was not installed properly. I called CPR and they advised me that they were closing soon and to bring it in the next day. This morning I dropped the phone back off for them to fix their mistake, a few hours later they contacted me to pick up my phone. I just went to pick it up and the screen is still installed improperly. Poor quality of work, Poor service. UPDATE: My screen randomly goes black and I must restart phone to use. This may be unrelated but my phone is dying rapidly in comparison to before I took it in.

I had them put a new screen/digitizer on my Samsung Galaxy Note 4. I never have been able to use the S-pen, and didnt get back to the store for a couple of months due to bad weather, pneumonia and I just dont get to that area very often. I took it back Tuesday (2.14.17), and they looked at it, said the person who installed the digitizer broke off the connection for the S-pen and asked me to bring it back Thursday, the 16th, which is tomorrow. If they need to, they will also replace the screen with the digitizer at no cost to me, since it was their fault. I also had them replace a computer keyboard for my husband. My husband is thrilled to death it. So far, so good for me!! Now if things go awry tomorrow, you can bet Ill be writing another review stating so.

I had a great experience with Cell Phone Repair on two separate occasions. Breaking a cell phone is already bad enough as is, and the service at CPR really helps to make that experience less painful. The team was welcoming and helpful right away when I walked in. They are very knowledgeable and professional. They do excellent work. I have now had 2 phone fixed there, an iPhone 6 and iPhone 7 Plus and both times they finished my phone within an hour and I was able to pick it up right away. There prices are very fair, cheaper than most options available. I strongly suggest using CPR for your next phone repair. They are just wonderful, I have nothing but good things to say!

My cell phone screen started to only partially show anything. I was leaving the following day for a long car trip, so being without a phone wasnt an option. I found CPR through a Google search and made an appointment for an hour later. Luckily, they had the Samsung screen in stock and were able to fix it before they closed by the end of the day. The screen feels more responsive than before it was repaired. I primarily run my online vintage bicycle business through my phone and the quick turn around was much appreciated! I will return should I need any other repairs.

I needed to get my phone screen repaired and Robert worked on it for me. He opened up the phone for me and gave me all the deets on what needed to be done and what was wrong with it. I appreciate them showing me what was wrong so that way Im not being charged for something that doesnt need to be fixed- only what needs to be done. It was like 129$ for a shattered screen replacement minus 10 for scheduling on their website. Runs about the same as apple but it only took 30 minutes. Anything happens to my phone and ill take it here, they know what theyre doing. Thanks guys!?

Terrible. Replaced my phones battery. 3 weeks later while traveling overseas , I had to have it replaced again. The second technician allowed me to watch as the phone was being opened. He pointed out that CPRs battery was either defective or badly installed as the cable was broken. CPR claims no warranty even though the battery only lasted 3 weeks. The battery that was installed was over 12 months old and the new technician(from a different company) seemed to think it wasnt even a new battery.

Literally the worst. Went to get my screen repaired and they returned it with a broken antenna, so i couldnt get any service. They kept my phone for 4 days. I went to sprint to get it fixed and they said "all their repairs have been bad dont go there." I had couple people behind me in line who got screens replaced here and had issues couple weeks after. So better to find another store if you dont want to deal with this terrible service.

I had a fantastic experience with CPR! I was worried they would only fix phones, but they work on all types of electronics! I brought them my custom-built desktop computer and they we able to help me out perfectly. Isaac knew what he was doing, and was very helpful! He went out of his way to make sure I knew all my options and got the best service. I would definitely use them again.

Poor service and quality. The phone took more than twice the time they quoted. I now cant type on my phone, the touch screen is off. Im going to take it to a different repair shop. Im just going to write off the cost, its not worth the risk of the phone getting even worse. I wish I would have read the reviews and taken my phone to a different location.

They were able to fix my sons Nintendo DS XL whose case had become detached. It wasnt working well and seemed to be barely hanging on. However, they were able to fix it in under a week and it was like it was brand new. My son was thrilled and we were very pleased with our experience with CPR.
