I am so thankful to have came across this place! I dropped my phone outside during a rainy storm. The screen on my phone shattered and turned into a blank black screen in addition to it falling into a puddle of water. Drove here as soon as I could in the rain and it was past their closing time. Employees were still inside working after hours and I was instantly greeted by Stephen. Explained to him what happened and he told me grab a seat to see what he can do. They totally disassembled my phone and April came out in less than 20 minutes and explained to me the damages. The most important thing to me was my contacts and pictures as I thought I lost everything since I have not backed up my phone since I purchased it. She told me that the damage was rather extensive but the main board which stored memory seems to be okay and that everything could be saved and repaired properly. Stephen then stepped in and said that he would fix it right now but he did not have one of the parts to be able to put the phone back together. Since my phone was an older uncommon model, he was able to order and said he would call me within a few days when it is ready. He also offered me a loaner phone for the time being until the parts came in. I got a phone call the next day saying my phone was ready. I was so surprised I rushed there to pick it up. The phone was literally like new. He even replaced the actual outside housing of the phone which originally was scratched up but it is now just like new. Every single thing was there as if nothing happened. I cannot be more grateful especially for it costing much less than a new replacement phone. To Stephen, April, and the rest of the C.P.R. crew: I cannot thank you enough!

I took my Nexus 6 in to repair a cracked screen. They quoted me $250 which seemed alright. They had me make a down payment and ordered new screen. The replacement screen took about 4 days to come in (not on hand) and I took it in. Repair guy took 4 hours and actually damaged my phone even worse after the repair. Not only did the replacement screen have scuff marks all around the edges and was coming unglued from the frame, but the back plate had been overheated when they attempted to remove it and was warped - given back to me half-falling off with finger impressions from the warping. Wow. However, they did honor their work and reordered new parts to replace all the damaged ones at no cost, and a week later in 3 hours they fixed it like brand new. I paid them the rest of the $ I owed at that point :) Also, theyre pretty inefficient at running the shop - each time I came in they fumbled around to find the parts I asked for, they couldnt find the payments I made/see them in their system for some reason (each time I went in this happened). Overall, for non-iPhone related incidences, I would not recommend CPR Shelby Township. In fact, I just wouldnt recommend them at all.

I ended up spending 75 dollars to get my front facing camera as well as the charge port which had been malfunctioning on my Galaxy S 3 fixed while I was back in my hometown in Michigan for business. When I picked up the phone, suddenly my microphone wasnt working so people couldnt hear me call and then the vibrate function was also broken. I took it back in and they offered to fix it for free, which I really appreciated. I left the store and headed back to my hotel, but then I noticed that my phone was no longer charging and that it was getting extremely hot. The associate at the store offered to fix it again, so I waited another half hour while they looked at it. I got the phone back, and everything seemed to be working alright, so I went back to my hotel and 2 days later left Michigan. After being on the road for only 3 days, the charging port is back to the same condition it was before I had them fix my phone, and now the vibrating function is broken again. In short, they caused more problems for my phone than they solved, and ended up wasting a wole lot of my time and money.

Went on my honeymoon in September, 2013 and accidentally went in the water with my S4 in my pocket. Fortunately my phone came back to life after a couple of days in dry rice; however, just this past weekend (May 17, 2014), my phone would not charge anymore. I went to CPR because my wife got her phone looked at a few months ago. They were able to fix my phone in just 2 hours for only $55! They replaced the port and battery and even cleaned up the corrosion that was left from the water damage. They actually showed me the white corrosion that caused all the issues. The phone now works just like new. I actually had no idea that they could do all this for cell phones and it only cost $55. I honestly think they should charge more for the amount of time they put into fixing it, but there service is excellent. One big thing to know is that they will not charge you anything if they cannot fix it. So you really have nothing to lose. I found out that they have over 140 locations nationwide so it can only grow to that size if they know what they are doing.

So I cracked my phone screen and immediately started looking for a repair shop. This one came up first, and right on their home page is a free estimate button awesome. Fill out all my info, get a confirmation email that informs me someone will repond on the following business day. Well one week later no response, Ive emailed them again. no response. Free online estimates was a great idea, but you have totally dropped the ball, you have created a jaded customer. I will be taking my business elsewhere since this company just ignores people. Small businesses like you guys need to pay attention, either take the quote button away, or take it seriously. No one wants to wait a week just to find out if their phone can be fixed.

Went in crying because the charger port on my phone had fried and Verizon said there was nothing they could do but send me a new phone which meant losing all my pictures of my child and contacts and everything (Im not very cell phone savvy and hadnt saved anything). They told me they could fix it within a couple days and I wouldnt lose anything, gave me a replacement phone to use while mine was being repaired and got the job done in 2 days! Absolutely the most wonderfully understanding kind and fast people. Very happy with their service!

I cracked my Galaxy s5 screen and had them replace it, but I have gone in FOUR separate times (soon to be five) in 3 weeks because everytime they "fix" my phone, something goes wrong (volume buttons not working, touch pad buttons not working, screen acting up) I cant take it back to Sprint because a third party has opened up my phone and now the warranty is void so this place is my only chance at having a functioning phone... But apparently thats too much to ask for. They caused more problems than they fixed and im really disappointed
