TL:DR Super impressed with the repair and great customer service! Great, reasonable pricing and overall a very professional and friendly environment! Was all down and out from dropping my brand new Nexus 6P Into the pond while I was bass-fishing . Totally submerged and was down under for more time than I would care to admit. Coming home in a panic I did one of the worst things one can do with a phone that houses water inside of it.. Turning it on and messing with it. Thinking it was fine and with no issues I began to quickly realize this was a mistake due to the behavior of my phone it began to act very strangely. I quickly did some google searching and discovered a local place near me called Tech Medic Repair and at a later time in the evening sent an email asking some questions and almost immediately got a reply, with info on how this shop handles water damaged phones. The next day I was in the parking lot at the opening time of 10 a.m and was greeted in a friendly manner and my phone was given a quick diagnostic and I was told more about the process of how the owner Dave handles phones that possess water damage. I left my phone with him and after spending my shift nervously awaiting the news about the fate of my phone. Dave comes to my place of work and I am told that my phone is fixed and working properly and how there was actually water still in my phone and it was causing corrosion and a card to short out. Dave said he cleaned the parts all up and made sure it was all dry. Got it back together and perfectly functional with no issues! I am currently playing games and messaging my friends on my fully functional Nexus 6P that got a bath in the pond behind the YMCA just a few days prior! Very happy with it and If I have any more issues with it or my other devices I know where Ill be going!

I recently had a laptop LCD screen hinge and palmrest or upper case keyboard bezel replaced and the technical service I received was fast and well explained. TechMedic is the real deal! I will no longer travel to the mall to have my iPhone and iPads repaired. Dave is super fast and an expert when it comes to electronic repairs. They already fixed my iPhone, iPad and now they are looking over my MacPro. Five Stars is not enough!

This guy is great! Great client service. Fix right then and there. I simply waited in the waiting room for about 20 minutes where he repaired the phone. Im actually gonna take my wifes phone there next week. I wish all service businesses where this terrific.

Dave is knowledgeable and friendly, he helped me get an old Gateway running again and he did a professional back up of my data! Hes currently working on another older HP desktop to back up data! Delaware is lucky to have a great Tech Guy!
