I had a frustrating experience with CPR. I went in there first thing Monday morning for my iPhone that wouldnt turn on. They didnt know what was going on and would need to take a look at it. They said that it might be done Monday, but definitely Tuesday. I had my husband finally called back to check on my phone Tuesday around 3pm and they said they were working on it right then (sure). An hour later, they call and say I can pick it up in a little bit. Im just upset that it took them a day and a half to even LOOK at my phone. Even when I picked up my phone and took it home it had the same issue! I took it back to CPR the same night so they could "fix it", which didnt work! I finally got my phone back Wednesday. Im giving this place 2 stars because they did refund my money, but I was out THREE DAYS without ANY cell phone when I could have just gone to Apple and had them take care of the issue within an hour. Lesson learned, I wont be back to CPR.

Over charge for labor and parts. Samsung galaxy s3 was $160 bucks and the part is only $20 so labor shouldnt cost no more than $50.. Also have a Xperia Z1 the part needed was a screen priced at $16 after shipping comes with warranty. These guys wanted to charge $120 for a 30 min job valued at $16 that should only cost maybe $40 in labor. I understand a profit is needed but not that much its a rip off. for that price anyone can send there phone elsewhere to be fixed! Point is Price is way too high for older phones and cheap parts and for the price they charge thats a new phone all together. Make sure not to listen to false reviews as well.... Iphone fixed for 99, but they charge over 120 for a phone that has cheaper parts and is easier to repair?!

I cracked my iPhone 6 and when I took it to get the screen fixed they fixed it fast and affordable however I had to take it back bc my sound didnt work. They fixed it easily then when I took it home my camera didnt work so I had to take it back once again then they fixed that. I took it back to my car and the screen was totally popped out. I had to take it back and they fixed that as well. It just made me very upset that I had to take it back so many times. My phone now is very touchy and it often glitches and my screen is popping out once again. Dont take ur electronics here. I cant believe the extra damage done to my phone.

I was absolutely blow away with not only the service but the quality of the repair on my phone. They went way above and beyond to get my phone fixed. Going in I was completely expecting to have to leave my phone for several days while they fixed it. I was shocked when they told me that they could fix it while I waited! Then when they told me the price I thought they were kidding. Trust me I shopped around and you will not find better prices and service anywhere else! These guys have a customer for life! I highly recommend them to anyone that needs a phone repaired!

I had my iphone 5 screen replaced there and they did a fine job. A little pricey, l wanted to get it done that day, they did it. Mistake was taking my game system there. My PS3 had the YLOD and they said they could fix it. Again it was more than a little pricey. $108.00!!!! I thought they must know what they are doing, they dont. It was broken again in a month. The 6 month warranty doesnt apply to game systems. They now tell me there is no WARRANTY! So I am feel scammed for my $108.00 ! They knew it would brake again!

I was thoroughly impressed with both the customer service and repair done on my phone. They identified and fixed my issue swiftly, were upfront about any and all possible charges, and even helped me save a bit of money by encouraging me to schedule an appointment online. When I initially went in, I had to get my charging port replaced, and after it was fixed a sound issue came up. They fixed it free of charge as per their after-repair warranty. I ADAMANTLY recommend going to CPR for any cellphone repair.

Hands down one of the best places to get your cell phone repaired. Estimated time of repair was 45 mins to an hour, they got it repaired and ready to be picked up after twenty minutes. Very courteous and professional. 85$ for a shattered iPhone SE screen isnt bad when cell providers want you to pay 175$ and up to repair/replace. Plus same day turn around time instead of waiting for shipping is a life saver when you need your phone in working order at all times for work and etc.

Came here to get a phone fixed a few months back, employees were rude, and lied to us about how long a repair would take - when we came back at the time they said it would be done, it wasnt started, and the person who would be working on it was standing in a corner talking to the guy at the front desk about a movie. It ended up fixed the next day, despite us coming in early and making them promise to get it fixed the same day.

Im sure they mean well, but I have had my screen replaced there twice in the last two years. Im not rough with my phone even! Some green contrast has been happening on pictures with black color in them too since the last replacement. The price was okay, but I actually do wonder of theres somewhere that has better glass or someone that can just fix it better. Sorry, CPR, but its not working out.
