The best experience ive had with any sort of PC based retailer/repair shop. TL;DR: I wanted to replace two parts and have them upgraded, I went inside and was asked for a budget to work with. The budget I gave was slim and quite hard to work with, but they managed it perfectly and game me almost exactly what I asked for, theres nothing I can complain about for the amount of money that I spent. I was called a handful of times to have my opinion given about certain things and to be reminded of the process and updated on the progress. I paid $200.34 to have my motherboard and processor replaced and upgraded. They worked with my budget of $100-200 perfectly, and significantly upgraded my rig. They tested out my computer, would have benchmarked it if i didnt want it sooner, installed the two pieces of hardware, installed proper drivers, and even tested out a GPU i brought them, all within my price range. Would 100% recommend.

The worst customer service ever! If I could give them zero stars I would! I had 2 laptops to be fixed and I called prior just to talk to someone and check the office hours and the guy who answered the phone was completly messed up. He goes "Oh we are very backed up, we dont do this we dont do that" my whole point was do you want busdiness or not?! I have no problems to pay, and I pay cash so this is crazy! Well...they lost a very good and easy going costumer!

Their customer service is excellent! I brought in my laptop for a repair and they took their time evaluating it right there in front of me. They explained what was going on in a way someone who is NOT tech savvy like me could easily understand. They were very honest and straightforward about what needed to be done and even gave me advice about how to take better care of my laptop in the future!

I got great service and a great recommendation on a laptop purchase. If you need computer service, this is the best place to go. They wont lie to you or overcharge you just to make a buck. They are honest about what really needs to be done on your machine.
