Brought my pc here today because it wouldnt power up due to a surge. The owner took it in the back and had his associate start to check me in. One minute later he called out to me and said it was working fine. He brought it back out to me and charged me nothing. He explained that my battery had fully drained which allowed the system to reset from the static discharge it had experienced. He then checked the battery and the system and sent me on my way free of charge. THIS GUY HAS ALL MY BUSINESS GOING FORWARD. Honestly is priceless people, this guy is a rare find. I will be having him put a SSD in my pc next week. Looking forward to actually giving him some much deserved business. Please keep in mind how easy it wouldve been for him to keep my computer back there and call me in two hours telling me it was fixed and that I owe them $100. I wouldve happily paid it, happily picked it up, and happily went on my way. A good person, very happy I found this place. If this guys a few miles out of your way I highly suggest investing in the gas and going to have him do your work for you.

If the previous 70+ 5 star reviews arent enough to convince you PCShards is the absolute best computer service store in the state (even arguably cross-state) then take this personal recommendation from a fellow computer professional. I have experience working with all types of platforms: Windows, OS X, Linux and Chrome OS, but the sheer knowledge that Justin, the shop owner, has is beyond superior to any IT professional I have ever spoken to. After trying everything I could think of and find to solve my computer issues, I sought after PCShards to help me in my struggle with my PC. Justin worked with me personally and set an industry standard for customer service while fixing the extensive problems that I was experiencing on my machine. My experience with the staff was so enjoyable that I will no doubt remain a customer for the rest of my life and will confidently suggest PCShards for anyone with PC problems. There isnt a rating high enough for this business, thats the bottom line.

Everything they say is true! Justin exceeded my hopes and expectations in the repair of my computer. Words cannot express how pleased my wife and I were with Justins exceptional knowledge, technical ability and outstanding customer support. He quickly repaired, adjusted and sped up my Wifes laptop computer and quickly returned her machine and repaired my desktop. My computer had errors caused by the virus protection program and would not allow any updates. Justin was knowledgeable about the problem, fixed that problem and tuned my computer into the gaming computer I wanted. In simple words... He Was Fantastic! Justin will not only be the only one I will depend on for my computer needs, he will be the only person I will recommend to friends and family. IF you are having a computer problem, PLEASE call Justin, you will be as pleased as I was!

I had several viruses on my laptop and was trying to find somewhere to take it for repair that wasnt over priced. When I saw the reviews for PC-Shards, I thought Id give them a call. The owner Justin was really easy to talk to over the phone and set up a time to come pick up my laptop from my house. He worked very fast to wipe all of the viruses off of it and when he returned the laptop he sat down with me and explained to me how to maintain my laptop and showed me how to recover the thousands of files that had been hidden by the viruses. A couple days later he contacted me to make sure everything was going well with my laptop and even helped me with some issues I was having with firefox. He is an awesome guy and great to work with. I am recommending him to everyone I know and will always give him a call if I ever need computer help.

My laptop had been in bad shape for quite some time now, and there were clues that failure was inevitable. Then it actually failed - and I wasnt ready. I was pretty sure I had lost everything with no hope of recovery. I put the call out on social media. The first person to respond gave me Justins info, so I went with it. She said he could work miracles, which is what I was looking for. I was not disappointed. Laptop was picked up the next day, and by the time it was returned a week later, it was almost like I had a brand new machine. Its faster, more responsive, and best of all, Justin was able to recover all my files. So I lost nothing!! The follow-up has been great too. So much appreciated. Thanks Justin!

This Review is for PC Shards. Where do I even start... Justin (the owner) is a rare breed of integrity, intelligence, and even a great personality just for good measure. I have dealt with computers, companies, and even independents for many years; some experiences good, some bad, and some flat out horrible, but have never had such a well rounded and respectable experience as I did with Justin at PC Shards. You just simply wont find someone who is this fair & ethical with the know-how to take care of virtually anything computer related. Even though PC Shards was not able to diagnose the problem with my broken Lenovo laptop, they were willing to return it to me at no charge after spending quite a bit of time looking for the problem. Since the likely culprit was the motherboard or processor and replacing either would have exceeded the value of the computer, they actually put the HD into an older Acer laptop, upgraded the memory, cleaned up some viruses and have it working better than new. They charged less for all this than just buying the memory would have probably cost. I would recommend them to anyone based on their integrity and skill alone. The reasonable price was a bonus.

I cant thank PC Shards enough on how fast they were in helping me get my business back up and running. I spilled water all over my laptop and it wouldnt turn on. I remembered seeing the new PC Shards on 26 Mile & Mound and decided to call them as they were very close to my home office. They were able to work on my computer right away (time was of the essence). After a few hours of drying out my computer and checking components, they had me back to work. I was lucky as my computer did start back up. My business relies on my laptop and they saved me a ton of time and money. THANK YOU PC SHARDS !!!

We contacted Justin for help with going paperless in our office. The issues that we were having with the setup we had were making me crazy. Justin came in and in a matter of an hour he had everything up and running. Recently my software crashed and after talking to the software vendor I thought I had lost two days’ worth of data; I called Justin and he had everything on backup. He is always friendly, responds quickly, very reasonably priced and can explain things so we all understand. I would recommend PCShards to anyone who is having an issue with their computer or network.
