Truly a rare find. We have our main office as well and several branches. Jeff, Brandon, and the other members of Concise fulfill all of our needs. Best thing of all is that it’s done in a timely manner, and if you’re in the appraisal business you understand, time is everything. We have also ordered parts for several computers in our office and Concise has saved us a great deal of money. My personal favorite is that they can fix several problems remotely, that means less down time since you don’t have to wait for someone to get to your office. Highly recommended, Thank you Concise!! Ive had my business network and computers serviced by the technicians at Concise, as well as my home computer. They dont fit the "techie" stereotype because they dont talk down to you. They explain everything in easy to understand terminology, and if they use the technospeak they explain what it all means. They have reasonable rates, they call you back when you leave a message, and most importantly they service your computers QUICKLY! Im talking same day service if you need it, next day if its not urgent. I would highly recommend.

Concise services computers at my office, and theyre often able resolve problems via a remote program. When my home computer developed problems, I decided to give them a try. Not only did they pick up my computer at my office, they also dropped it back off when they were finished. They resolved the problems quickly, were able to back up and restore the data on my computer, and added programs to keep it running well. The staff is friendly, helpful, and very knowledgeable. I recommend Concise for both office and home.

O.K. I admit it, Ive been stung by so called Computer Service Experts. High Cost, Slow Response, virtually no relief!! So Ill admit that when I came upon Concise, I was a little skeptical...BOY WAS I WRONG!! During the passed few years I have been treated to fine and considerate service, at a fair price, with a professional resolution to any and all problems. I have a solo law practice and have utilized Concise Computer Consulting for several years as my "IT" department. I have always found their service to be very prompt and "right on" in addressing my problems. Additionally, they are often proactive in suggesting improvements to the safety and operation of my system. Last but not least, I find their fees to be quite reasonable, especially since I am basically buying "peace of mind".
