I went to this store to have my Nook tablet fixed when it wasnt letting me visit any web pages and my email was broken. Austin was working that day and he was very patient and helpful. The shop was very clean and professional and I felt comfortable leaving my Nook there to be worked on. I will come back for any problems I have with my email or Nook.

They are excellent, cognizant of cost of repairs, very hard working...... trust me I know... I often troubleshoot software difficulties myself..... when you need upper level support and repairs, they are go to people!
