This place completely failed. The hard drive on our main computer crashed. The importance of the data on the hard drive cannot be understated. ALL our customer records, deposits they had made, scheduled appointments and much much more was lost. This information was relayed to the "Onsite Computer" staff. I was charged $120 (UPFRONT without ANY services being rendered) and told that my computer would be fixed by the next morning. I received a call the next day stating that my data was UNRECOVERABLE. They charged me an additional $145 to put in a new hard drive and install new operating software. Next I brought the hard drive to get a second opinion. 2 days and only $100 later we had ALL our data recovered, installed on our new computer (they came to the shop to do it with no extra charge) and a 2 terabyte external back-up system. I then went back to "Onsite Computer" to tell them the data was in fact recoverable and express my displeasure. I was given a shoulder shrug and offered nothing, not even an apology. When a customer trusts you with that kind of task (ALL the info DESPERATELY needed for my business to operate) that needs to be taken seriously. "Onsite Computer" either did not care, was just out for an easy payday or simply lacked the professional expertise to handle the job. AVOID THIS PLACE IF YOU VALUE YOUR TIME, MONEY AND DATA!!!!!

I have been a customer of On-site Computer Sales & Services since 2002 and have purchased two computers through them, dealing originally with Jeff Jennings. As a novelist, I use my computer every day and have been pleased beyond measure that the guys in the shop always get my computer back to me quickly whenever Ive had to take it in. Their prices are reasonable considering all they have to do to discover problems and fix them. Ive found that purchasing a warranty with them on my new computers has paid off on two occasions when I had small glitches needing attention. My publisher now requires authors to write posts on the publishers blog and although Ive followed the tutorials, I had a couple questions to which I couldnt find answers. Austin came to my rescue yesterday. He has been a valued employee of On-site a few times for me. A few months ago, I called him with a problem and he was able to fix it remotely. I didnt have to drive a half hour to the shop to take my computer in! How great is that?! His exemplary computer knowledge, courteousness and professionalism are just what customers want. I trust what he says and took up his suggestion to purchase a solid state drive yesterday. Im so glad I did. My computer is so much faster than before. I highly recommend On-site Computer Sales & Service!

Every single experience I have had with Onsite Computer and the store employees has been great. Austin is absolutely the best customer service representative in any area that I have ever encountered. His title is computer technician but he is really a computer expert to me. I first met Austin a year ago when I brought my computer into the Onsite Computer Sales & Services in New Port Richey. Every time he helped me, he demonstrated superior knowledge, great customer service, an enormous amount of patience as well as kindness. He always went and continues to go above and beyond the call of duty. When he transferred to the Tarpon Springs store, I went into the New Port Richey location few more times because it is a few blocks from my house. The employee, James, is (was) very nice and extremely knowledgeable. However, no one compares to Austin! Now, I travel to the Tarpon Springs store location for consistent superior service and to remain loyal to Austin, every though it is farther away. If I could, I would give an "A+" and 10 stars instead of the 5 for On-site Computer. I would definitely recommend On-site Computer to everyone from novice to computer experts.

I purchased a computer here about a year ago and so far I havent had any issues with it. It was an Acer or Asus E15 something. Anyhow, Im writing this review because Ive had enough good experience with the company now that I figured it was worth the time to let other people know. I dont remember all the problems Ive had over the years, but I do remember that these guys have solved all of them. Recently, I dealt with Austin in the Tarpon Springs store because I called into the main number and he picked up. I guess the phone system on the main number rings all of the stores and its kind of like musical chairs for which location picks up. Anyhow, Im up in Michigan for the summer and wont be back to Florida until winter. Austin helped me remotely and solved a ton of issues the PC was having and he was very patient and professional. He couldnt do everything remotely, but what he did do was noticeable and well be bringing the PC in for service when we come back to Florida this winter.

I was refereed to On-site Computer by a cell phone repair man in Tarpon Springs. I discussed my problem with Austin who stated he would run a diagnostic program to discuss where we should go from there. Austin found a few problems including a virus that had slipped by my Norton Security Program (which I considered one of the best). Austin took a personal interest in bringing my computer back to better than new condition which is not found by employees in the work force today (including Dell who showed little interest by two employees if the computer was just beyond the one year warranty period or Best Buy). Austin even worked in his time off to get the computer back to me by Saturday night. Austin also made a few suggestions which should lead to fewer problems in the future. I am extremely delighted with the work that was performed, and the cost was no more than you would find elsewhere, and possibly less. I hope Austin will remain at this location for years to come.

It is rare that I take the time to comment on a sales experience but this occasion more than justifies it. I came to the Onsite Computer store (Tarpon Springs) late Friday morning with a total operating system CRASH on my DELL computer. This is the computer that I use to run our small business in Tarpon Springs. Austin, the service tech, not only fixed my computer better than it ever ran but called me on Saturday afternoon to come by the office and pick it up. All of this in just over 24 hours! (And the store is CLOSED on Saturday and Sunday! Who does that?!?) The price was more than reasonable and the service was over-the-top! They have a customer for life. THANK YOU Austin for the amazing job and incredible service! Barry LaChance, CEO Its Greek To Me Foods

My husband brought in my laptop to this computer shop in Tarpon Springs because it was running very slowly, hot, and kept crashing on me. He brought in his own computer before and another that he bought at a pawn shop. The man behind the counter here that helped us was Austin. He is an expert. He was able to repair all of them so that they are running better than new. I was planning to buy a new computer but now Im going to keep the one I have for a few more years because it going faster than a new one.
