ACTUALLY SHOWED UP AT MY WORK TO ARGUE ABOUT A GOOGLE REVIEW! ASKED FOR MY BOSS TO TALK ABOUT IT WITH HIM??? HE STATED IT WAS BECAUSE I USED MY WORK PHONE TO CALL. HE WOULDNT ANSWER YES OR NO WHETHER WHAT HE WAS DOING WAS PROFESSIONAL! I GAVE HIM MY NAME AND NUMBER IF HE HAD ANY OTHER CONCERNS TO CALL ME DIRECT... I LATER FOUND THE NUMBER LITTERED IN THE PARKING LOT AT WORK WHERE HE PARKED. I WOULD FIND IT HARD TO TRUST THEM WITH PERSONAL INFORMATION AFTER HIM DISCARDING MY NAME AND NUMBER TO BE FOUND BY ANYONE (IT IS A PRIVATE LINE)!!!

I had an Acer laptop that wouldnt hold a charge. I took my computer in to have a new (internal) battery changed. They ordered the battery and replaced it in two days. The whole job came in under $100. My computer now works great, it holds a charge seemingly forever. They are very polite and professional and most importantly they know their stuff. I would definitely recommend them for any computer repairs. They also are very knowledgeable at fixing broken smart phone screens.

I went there to get my screen fixed. Not only did my screen glitch like no other. It cracked three days later in an otterbox when dropped face down on carpet. I called and they said they couldnt do anything. Not to mention they didnt like the comment I put on Facebook so they deleted it! Then made it private to where no one could comment! I tell people to drive somewhere else to get phone repairs because they guys arent worth the time. Have fun trying to delete this one guys.

my computer screen broke on my computer i called to see if they have any screens for my computer in-stock off of old broken computers. i was told yes they have several but they refused to sell me one because i wanted to install myself. the minimum price for the repair was $160 starting making it not worth having it done! i was willing to buy the screen from them understanding they also they should be compensated. they area repair center and do not sell parts.

We had some communication issues (mostly on my end!), it took a bit longer than expected, but the first time we brought it home, they were nice enough to warn us of possible issues that still may occur. It did have to go back in a second time, which wasnt a problem and anticipated. The computer is fixed, I had a conversation with Zach over the issues I did have and we were able to have a nice chat and clear things up!

I just got an SSD installed in one day!! They were very nice and called me when it was done and transferred all of my data. It was about $100 to get that completed and at staples it wouldve costed $500 without transferring my data.
