I’ve been going to this gym now for 5 weeks. I’ll first start by saying I was totally “NEW” to Crossfit and I didn’t know anyone at this gym but decided to give it a try, I am so glad I did. From DAY 1 they made me feel like I belonged. I was welcomed in and encouraged from the start not only by the owners/coaches but also every single member. These coaches push you and make you want to work harder for them. I have never felt like an outsider and that’s a great feeling when trying something new. I highly recommend trying the free classes and giving this gym a chance… Well worth it!!!

I was in town on vacation for a few days and experienced caged crossfit as a drop in. Initially I planned to try a couple boxes in the area but after two wods here I had no desire to change spots before going home. The owners are very nice and welcoming. They take training seriously and hold members accountable for their training in a way that is individualized based on each persons ability. If I were to live here long term it would be the gym that I join

I am a member at another Crossfit in the Tampa area but my boyfriend is a member at Caged Crossfit. They let me drop in on Saturdays so that we are able to work out together and always welcome me to be apart of their member activities. The coaches and the members are great! They are always welcoming and encouraging. We are looking to move closer to this area and I am already planning to join!
